Ho soggiornato tre notti in questo hotel. L’estetica esterna non è molto invitante ma è internamente si presenta bene. Le camere sono spaziose ( anche se non insonorizzate bene ). Ristorante più che buono con molta scelta e ottima SPA fitness.

The hotel was recently renovated, a notable improvement in the quality of accomodation. The quality of food has increased. Most of the Spa services have increased. The prices have also increased but overall a very good value for money.

Hotel Europa is an amazing hotel with a fabulous view of the Black Sea. Everything was wonderful and I had an experience that far exceeded my expectations, starting with Raluca the receptionist, who was always willing to help me with useful information, a truly professional lady. Also, the staff in the restaurant must be mentioned for the service offered during dinner and here I must mention Silviu, Andrei and Madalin, who gave me an amazing experience, divine I can say, which combined fine dining service, with delicious food and wine. Breakfast is very diverse with delicious dishes. I warmly recommend this Hotel to everyone, it is the perfect place to escape for a weekend or for a longer stay, everything is wonderful! My husband and I went to this hotel in August. The rooms are clean but ordinary. We were assigned a room on the 4th floor but when we entered we found that it was an interconnected room and you could hear even the tiniest whisper from the other room. We had only breakfast which was not extraordinary. The food was good, but as for fruit, they only gave watermelon that had no taste, and sometimes it was even a bit stale. In the last 2 days some bananas and apples appeared. The device where we got hot and cold water was sophisticated (more than likely this justifies the high price we paid). The elevator was also quite demanding (and this was a reason for the high price). One afternoon we had left our own towels in the room, but to our surprise we did not have the hotel's free towels which were finished.....even though the hotel was not full to capacity. On departure, we were asked for the fee for the "promotion of the resort" ......no comments (what promotion)? We met people who came for several years in a row and said that the services are getting worse and worse and the price is getting higher and higher! We consider that the hotel does not deserve 4 stars at all...but the rate is 5*!! Without a doubt, we will not stay there again. There are many other hotels, even 3*, which are well worth the money....

My father and I remain grateful for Ana Hotels Europa Eforie Nord's top - level quality of hotel services and Ana Aslan Health Spa's Balneo Spa Treatments. After 1-week treatment & accommodation at Ana Hotels Europa Eforie Nord my father and I are now feeling much better thanks to this hotel's BALNEO SPA INDOOR offers. the hotel is nice and renovated, but the noise is ridiculous. All rooms have a sea view, which should be a plus. However, breakfast and dinner are served on the terrace, where music is blaring non-stop. If Mr. Copos comes to visit, as the employees themselves told us, he throws parties every night, with music. If you want to relax, this is not the place. The beach "managed" by the hotel is a joke, with broken plastic tables, and people sitting on the beach on towels between the sun lounges. The breakfast has a coffee machine where you serve yourself in a paper cup. Not 4* services for sure, especially for 250€ a night.

The spa staff is fantastic. I had a massage with Gabriela that was one of the best in the last ten years. I will return for sure. If they manage to reduce the noise of the music coming from the fun fairs nearby, it can be one of the best spa resorts in Europe.

I spent a week at Ana Hotels Eforie Nord and I feel deeply grateful for an experience that went far beyond rest – it was a true encounter with care, professionalism, and healing. Everything, from the front desk, the kind and attentive restaurant staff, the impeccable room cleanliness, to the wonderful team at the Spa – was simply outstanding. I felt welcomed and surrounded by people who truly care about their work. I want to offer special thanks to Dr. Mihaela Cucu, for her exceptional attention to detail and professional approach. She took the time to truly listen, painted a much more complete picture of my health issues, and recommended therapies that had real, noticeable effects. Her approach was both medical and deeply human – something rare and precious. A heartfelt thank you also goes to Mari and Mirela, from the Tekar therapy team. I’ve had this therapy done in many places for my coxarthrosis, but never before has someone worked with such skill and dedication as Mari. She truly understood the root of the problem and treated it with such professionalism that I can now say – with emotion – that I can walk again with joy, something I haven’t felt in a long time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the entire team. You offered me more than just a seaside stay – you created a space of healing and renewed hope.

Now, after the renovation, the hotel rooms have become luxurious. The SPA has kept it's very high standard and the restaurant has improved significantly since last year. Overall a superb experience which we will repeat next year (possibly even increase the frequency).

I just returned from Ana Hotels Europa Eforie Nord where I spent a lovely weekend. I arrived early in a busy weekend and I was welcomed by the friendly staff of the hotel. The hotel has a large garden with relaxing areas, an outdoor pool where you can enjoy a cool drink in the hot summer days. They also have indoor pool and specialists for massage for relaxation or various affections. All rooms are big and comfortable and have sea view and balcony. It is a hotel where every detail and the satisfaction of the client counts. I felt very spoiled and if I have the occasion I will come back for sure.

- The rooms + bathrooms are extremely small/crowded!!! - The furniture in the rooms is outdated, worn, uncared for!!! - Air conditioning ?? Not !!! Just a ventilation, I literally suffered from the heat!!! (Here I am strictly referring to the room I stayed in, 719. I don't know how it is in other rooms). - The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, in three nights absolutely nothing was changed in the rooms, there is an extremely bad smell in the hotel hallways and the cleanliness in the rooms is superficial!!! - At four stars, don't have in the room: ear plugs, iron + ironing board!? - The restaurant part: the employees, specifically the men, God forbid!!! Very expeditious, they wait for you to leave faster, they simply chase you away from the table, and one of them at one point swears at a customer at the door of the tent!!! The food ... expensive and bad, grade 5.5 - 6 from my point of view. Here I am referring to the a la carte menu. - Unfortunately, the 830 euros paid for accommodation and breakfast, to which is added approximately 400 euros spent at the restaurant and the pool, were the worst choice!!! - I repeat, for a hotel that is considered to be four stars, the experience leaves a lot to be desired! And an aspect that does not belong to the hotel, the Eforie Nord resort, a TOTAL DISASTER!!!

the best hotel in the area by far. top quality services, pool area with the best staff, good food, the park is incredible, comfy bed, very clean, the spa experience is a must. enjoy!

The hotel is nice and clean but the services needs improvements. The food menu and drinks (especially beer) is poor.

By far is an unique place on the Black Sea shore. Easy access, a bit more than 2 hours on the motorway. A garden you can relax, a pool & gym to stay fit, and quality stuff ready to advise & help. Although 20 years on business still room for improvements. Let's see next year, after a large remodeling operation. Stay tuned & checked site.
