انبسطت كتير الفندق جدا مريح نزلت انا وامي ووفرولنا غرفة مريحة، الاكل كان بجنن تحكي طبيخ بيت ونضيف ومرتب، طاقم الريسيبشن مرتب من رغد لعامر احمد وبهاء جد متعاونين وخدومين، هاد الفندق اجيت عنده من اول ما فتح ورح اضل اجي افضل أوتيل صدقا.

Wehad a great vacation at lagoonz hotel. Best food znx best service. Thd staff it is helpful and very nice , nicd spscious rooms , renovated hotel also yhe restorant . The licationbis is great near the pfomdnade, the . Entertainmend for axults and kids, many activities for childrenbar it is free , free drinks coffee and cakes

cleaning is bad. no interest in the customer. No help. There is no flavor in the food. location is bad. I don't know what more to say. We wanted to change hotel. We did not want to stay in this hotel any longer. we were very disturbed.so horrible.
