Все на рецепшене разговаривают грубо и с пренебрежением. Есть в гостинице единственный номер с видом на мусорку 750 и они его продают как люксовые. Если кто-то желает почувствовать на себе кучу хамства и отрицательных эмоций и насладиться видом на мусорку то можно попробовать....

Ужасные условия и такоеже обслуживание я сичас нахожусь внем номер 323 . Нам сказали что из того что нас перевели из другой гостиницы нам уменьшили наши условия жизни так как ето гостиница 5 звезд но по факту ето мусорка в которую больше я неприеду

A large, beautiful, pleasant and clean pool. The food is excellent with lots of choice and options. There is a walk down to the beach from the hotel. We were on a family vacation, a couple + 3 in a Royal Suite with a Jacuzzi with an amazing view of the sea.

Perfect service experience! Excellent food, new rooms and a gorgeous view. The Astral hotel chain is undoubtedly in a very high place. Last but not least, Merav Yafarah, a customer service school. Thank you for a dream vacation!

Постельное застелено плохо, с пятнами. Стаканчика для зубных щенок нет. Блокнота с ручкой нет, чтобы записать что-то. Халатов нет, тапочек нет( номер супер люкс премиум). Ершика в унитазе тоже нет. Чайник с водой использованой остался. Налет в чайнике

Stayed here for about a week. The room was lovely as was the service. I really liked that there was a Nespresso machine so I could make my own cafe americanos just like I do at home. The bed was also comfortable and I found that I slept so well during my stay in Israel. I also thought the lounge access was a nice perk and definitely worth it. I ate breakfast every morning in the lounge and loved that there was a variety of items to try every morning. Like having smoked salmon every morning for breakfast was definitely a treat. The espresso macchiatos reminded me a lot of what I used to get made for me by Italian trained staff overseas. The staff was so professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

מלון יפייפה, נוף הכי יפה שיש, חדרים מאוד גדולים, נהננו מאוד מהאוכל, העובדים מאוד נחמדיםםם, ממליצים מאוד למשפחות כי החדרים מאוד מרווחים. A beautiful hotel, the most beautiful view, very large rooms, we really enjoyed the food, the employees are very nice, highly recommend for families because the rooms are very spacious.

Wow!! I had the most incredible experience at this hotel. It truly exceeded all my expectations with its luxurious facilities, a private beach boasting a stunning coral reef, and breathtaking views from the room. The staff members were not only highly professional but also incredibly kind and attentive. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Mrs Meirav Shalom and Mrs Chen for their warm welcome and for setting the perfect tone for our weekend getaway. They greeted us with genuine smiles and went above and beyond to ensure our stay started off on the best possible note. Moreover, when we encountered a problem, they swiftly provided us with a solution, demonstrating their efficiency and dedication. The food was extremely delicious and the room was super clean. Thank you all for a perfect vacation

أحببت النظافه والغرف الطعام لذيذ البركه موقعها جميل العمال والاداره جدا مرحبين كما أنه يوجد فعاليات في البركه والأولاد كان لهم الخير من الفعاليات اريد ان أعود لهذا المكان مرة أخرى كما أن موقع الفندق قريب لكل مكان لا يوجد حاجه لأخذ السياره لكل مكان

This hotel is very bad first your things are note safe at all its much likely to go to your room and find part of your staff missing, or your cloths wet, weard right yes this what hapoened with one of our group member who staid with us in the same hotel for business trip. So they are theif and the worst when you go to hotel management there is no support at all . They will tell you the only pne who enteted your room is one of room service staf and he only cleaned it. Second the rooms very small Third the food is horrible Good luck for you if yoi stay in this hotel you should really watch your things closely

The hotel is nice, rooms good, food lots of choices, too much actually, it's bad to know how much will be thrown away. But don't trust to leave things in your room. Our colleagues found that a bag was away and clothes were wet after leaving the room for a while. The staff didn't really make an effort to find out what had happened and they acted rude. It was shameful and painful to experience that and it spoilt our time.

We were as a big group together, our friend had expensive stuff stolen from the room service. Instead of compensating him, they ended up accusing him of lying !! They saw on camera that the room service worked accessed the room twice, yet they said they cant be sure of anything

The cleaning staff cleaned the room of one of our friend and cleaned his personal stuff too The management wasn’t helpful and he had to contact the police instead. Wouldn't recommend all they care about is getting the money and then figure it out by yourself.
