This appartment hotel is not down by the beach, and that'd why we love it. 2nd stay there in 2 years. Very nice rooms, new and design, cleaned spotlessly, we took a small studio with separate bedroom and a cute balcony overlooking the Jordania mountains. The staff on site is super helpful, there is a garage free of charge, the kitchen has a nespresso machine and all what you need to prepare lunch or breakfast there. My only con was that despite we booked clearly for 3 people, they did not set up the bed for our son, a folding sofa in the living room, nothing was done, we called after we checked in, their comment was "we let people set it up on their own, because many guests want to keep the sofar closed ", 1st this was not an option offered to us, they did not ask us, and in any case the sheets and beddings for the sofa were totally missing. Lucky we were than 1 of the house cleaning staffer was still on site, she brought everything and set the 2nd bed. So management, when you fail, accept your mistake, 2nd, you can as in many hotel, get the sofa set, and folded back,but it is abnormal to let paying customers do what they pay you for. Seeing this gap, we might go to a regular hotel for the same money, we could have but chosen the location and the ease to get there and out. Another issue, albeit they send you the codes by email at the time of check in literally, they did not send the code for the garage to building door. Service could be improved so easily, hope they ll do it
