Hermoso hotel boutique, habitaciones, muy bien decoradas. Rincones con detalles para leer o escribir nuestro diario de viaje. En la zona alta de la ciudad, alejado del ruido aunque cerca del centro, con vista al lago. Rico y variado desayuno. La atención muy cordial y amigable, lugar para estacionar dentro del patio

Nuestra experiencia en Roble Sur fue realmente inolvidable La hostería es una perfecta combinación entre la calidez y amabilidad de su anfitriona Mariana y staff y la acogedora decoración del lugar en sus habitaciones, el desayunador y los sectores de lectura y descanso otorgándole mucha magia al lugar y haciendonos sentir como en casa. La ubicación de la hostería es ideal por su vista al lago y su cercanía a minutos del centro de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, la calefacción de toda la hostería es excelente así como la presión de agua caliente en la ducha crucial por las bajas temperaturas. El desayuno es completo y muy ricas y accesibles sus opciones de menú para la cena. Sin dudarlo volveríamos a elegir este lugar cuando regresemos a Calafate.

Calidez, confort y excelente relación precio/ calidad. Atendido por su dueña, habitaciones amplias, almohadas y camas cómodas y limpieza excelente. La habitación en suite cuenta con un hidromasaje, con muy buena presión de agua y excelente estado. El desayuno muy completo, con pastelería y dulces caseros, preparado por sus dueños. La cena muy rica, en un ambiente confortable y privado. Nos recomendaron excursiones y paseos y cualquier inquietud que tuviéramos. Una experiencia familiar inolvidable, súper recomendable!

E' una bella struttura con alcuni tocchi di originalità nell'arredamento delle aree comuni. Le stanze al piano superiore sono mansardate con dei bei soffitti alti e travi a vista. Il personale è simpatico e parla persino italiano. Colazione decorosa. L'unico neo è la posizione un po' defilata rispetto al centro abitato,

We stayed for 2 nights whilst we visited Perito moreno. It’s a small family run hotel on the edge of town, but still only 10 mins walk to the Main Street. The rooms are excellent and the staff very helpful. We ate there the first night as we’d had a long journey and Ricardo cooked us a very tasty dinner, served with a surprisingly wide range of drinks. Overall a well run hotel with great staff

Located outside the citycenter. Off course that is what you can see online before you decide to make a reservation. What you can't see (regularly) is that it's located uphill. So if you consider to book here keep in mind that the last km, when walking back from the city center, is going up. Your other option would be a taxi. But if you stay for a couple of days and everything you want to do is by taxi, that will not add to your hapiness. To give you an idea; we walked 12km every day, excluding any planned activities. Enough about the location. What about the hotel itself? The room is spacious, the bathroom is not. The bed and the bedsheets are really great, one of the best we saw in Argentina. The bathroom is cramped, and showering is in the bathtub. Toiletpaper is nice and firm (be honest with me, that is a plus:-)). There are some minor things in the room that could be improved. The shower provides hot water, but water pressure is quite low. There is a tv in the room, but it comes with only a few channels you will not watch. For us a tv is not needed, but if you decide to provide one, make sure people can benefit from it. Why else would you hang one? The room does not have blinding curtains, so during summer it starts to get light at around 05.30h. There is a small trahs can in the bathroom but you will not find one in de room itself. Isolation is pretty poor, you can clearly hear your neighbors. They have a system for serving breakfast. Online you can fill out a form to point out what you would like for breakfast. Basically that's a good idea for meeting every ones preferences. The point where it goes wrong is that you will not get all the things you 'order'. So what's the use of filling out a form. And worth to mention, the coffee and croissants are dissapointing, they really are. And you won't get a refill on your drinks. One other thing worth mentioning is that the owner wants you to hand in the room key when you go out. For us that was a bit strange. And to conclude with; they charge you the same rate as *********** when booking directly with them. That can't be guest friendly and does no seem to be the smartest way of doing business.

Yo don’t need any more in Calafate. Good bedrooms, excellent breakfast and great hospitality thanks to Ricardo y Mariana. We felt at home. Food was great !!!! Mariana helped us with all the tours with great recommendations. Congratulations.

Un lugar para volver, si duda. Desde su confortable y calida arquitectura hasta la rebuena onda de toda la gente que nos atendio. Se llega con el cansancio de un viaje a un sitio tan acogedor que el descanso es un gran placer. Altamente recomendable. Volveria mil veces

Estuvimos alojados en Roble Sur durante 3 noches en Febrero de 2023.. Desde que ingresas al lobby , desayunador, estar, sala de descanso, habitaciones, TODO , TODO, impecable, limpieza de 10, muy acogedor... La habitación amplia, cómoda, cama XL, almohadas perfectas, el baño impecable, excelente presión de agua.. El desayuno muy completo y abundante. Para destacar la atención de Mariana, de Ricardo y del resto del personal.... siempre atentos, y predispuestos a ayudar, muy amigables y responsables. Ricardo.... Gracias por recomendarnos ese Bodegón para ir a comer una picada...!!! Si están buscando alojarse en El Calafate, les recomiendo Roble Sur... Volverán a su casa agradecidos de haberse alojado allí. Buen año para todos.

Nicht einfach zu finden, aber leicht erreichbar. Um ins Zentrum zu kommen ist ein Auto notwendig. Parkplätze eingeschränkt im Hinterhof vorhanden. Sehr schönes Gebäude aus Holz und viel Glas, jedoch etwas herunter gekommen, nicht wirklich abgewohnt. Eine Person schupft den Laden und macht alles. Ricardo macht die Nachmittagsschicht, spricht englisch und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Am Morgen ist eine blonde Dame hier, die sogar gutes deutsch spricht und ebenfalls sehr hilfsbereit ist. Große Zimmer im einstöckigen Gebäude. SAFE, Accessoires, TV und Wifi vorhanden. Badezimmer eher klein, aber auch hier mit Holz versehen. Da etwas abgelegen, Essen im Hotel sinnvoll, jedoch kurze schwache Karte und auch hier ist nicht alles vorhanden. Bier nicht kalt und sehr limitiert, wenig Wein. Gastraum aus Holz und Glas ist sehr schön. Frühstück muss elektronisch vorbestellt werden, was aber dann nicht funktioniert. Es ist zudem klein, einfach und kaum sättigend.

El hotel es precioso, cálido, con madera, piedra y ventanas amplias con vista al lago, La habitación es grande, la cama comodísima y la ducha con mucha presión, para un buen baño luego de las excursiones, (¡hay sales de baño!), te atiende la dueña y tanto ella como todo el personal están atentos para asesorarte sobre las mejores excursiones y hacer la estadía perfecta. Buenísima relación calidad precio

Gran alternativa en El Calafate teniendo en cuenta la relación precio/calidad. Habitación, la ducha ,Las camas y sus almohadas , comedor y salas de estar muy cómodos, Excelente y abundante desayunos y comidas muy ricas y a precios muy razonables. A 1 Km del centro (en taxi se llega por 270 pesos), el lugar es muy tranquilo con una excelente vista del lago y las montañas a lo lejos. Un gran agradecimiento para Mariana y Ricardo que no solo nos hicieron pasar una excelente estadía sino que nos ayudaron con las reservas de los transfer desde y al aeropuerto, pedidos de taxi, reservas y los consejos sobre como movernos. Nos quedamos 3 días en el hotel y la atención fue muy buena. Son súper atentos a los detalles y tenían lista nuestra habitación antes del horario de check in. El hotel queda un poco alejado del centro pero es muy recomendable y el precio es adecuado.
