瓦提卡旅社(Vertical Lodge)

Hotel con buenas instalaciones, camas cómodas, habitación grande y baño espacioso así como buena calefacción y agua caliente. Como punto negativo, solo hay wifi en la zona de desayuno y recepción y, teniendo en cuenta que en todo el pueblo apenas hay cobertura es muy incómodo no poder conectarte en la habitación y tener que hacerlo solo desde allí. También destacar que salvo la chica que está en recepción por la tarde, que es encantadora, el resto fueron bastante bordes. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.

Quarto amplo, banheiro de bom tamanho. Camas confortáveis, mas travesseiros ruins. Aquecimento bom. Mas, várias vezes faltou água para o banho. Alguém tinha que descer e avisar para que ligassem a bomba. O wi-fi só tem na recepção. Funcionárias atenciosas, especialmente a Manoela! Café da manhã simples, mas bom. Não tem frigobar no quarto. Compre água nos mercados da cidade, no hotel custa mais que o dobro do preço.

Apesar da boa localização (próxima ao terminal de bus + menos de 10min ao centro), poderia oferecer um atendimento mais personalizado, além de acomodações mais confortáveis (ex: cama). Café-da-manhã com boas opções, tanto na variedade como no sabor e custo-benefício razoável.

I do not know why i ordered one night for 160 dollars but they changed into 30 dollars a night later. I felt that i was cheated by ******* and the hotel.

We had a decent stay here. It's located close to the bus station, which was great when we arrived in the freezing night. The staff was lovely. The rooms are decent, but we woke up very cold, I'm not sure it was well heated all night long. This area is very expensive so we were happy with what was in our budget.

The room is very clean and comfy. The staff were great - very friendly and helpful. Plus it’s located 5 mins (walking distance) from the train station. My one complaint is that Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby. My room was close enough to the lobby that at times I would get a few bars. Overall, I would still highly recommend!!! I had a great stay with them.

The hotel is well designed and quite comfortable. My room was large which was helpful when I was organizing my trekking gear. Breakfast was included and was good. WiFi was on and off, but that is a problem with the whole town. I would stay there again.

Muy Excelentes condiciones de lugar, atención, limpieza y demás cosas. Habría que mejorar la señal wifi. Televisión?
