厄爾查爾坦山丘精品酒店(Los Cerros del Chaltén Boutique Hotel)

엘찰텐에서 고급스럽고 가족적인 호텔 요청이나 부탁한 부분에 대해 가능한한 친절하고 최대한 도움을 주려고 하고 직원들이 친절합니다. 단점은 환율은 공식환율 아닌 MEP 적용합니다. 너무 멀고 가기 힘든 곳이지만 호텔에서의 따뜻한 기억 때문에 다시 엘찰텐에 간다고해도 꼭 들르고 싶은 곳입다.

Muito bom o hotel, tudo cuidado com muito carinho e intimismo. Restaurante fabuloso. Pessoal da recepção fazem tudo para atender o cliente, desde a chagada apresentando todo o hotel até a saída, super atenciosos. Deixa a desejar apenas que faltam algumas coisas no quarto, tais como: Frigobar, TV e sinal de internet que oscila bastante (acho que este é um problema da região) mas nada que fizesse eu deixar de voltar ao hotel. Só temos a agradecer mesmo.

Tutto è andato bene, ristorante molto buono, colazione ricca. La guida (Ignazio-Nacho) disponibile il pomeriggio per suggerire i migliori itinerari è un plus della struttura.

This place is pretty upscale and nicer than many of hotels I've stayed at. It's super close to the Laguna trailheads and the rooms have good views of the town. The staff are friendly and helpful. The free breakfast and onsite restaurant were really good and made it really convenient to fuel up around long days of hiking. If you're not hiking, they have really nice lounge areas and open seating areas. At the time of my stay, one of the restaurant staff played live jazz with his band and they had a local trail expert giving hiking tips at the bar. Would definitely come back to stay here again.

Excellent hotel in El Chaltén. The staff and restaurant were great. The location is perfect for hiking.

Beautiful property in El Chaltén! The breakfast buffet is amazing, and the staff is very helpful. If you’re interested in hiking, many of the trailheads are within walking distance of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent property with a great view and location. Very friendly staff who was able to advise us on what to do in El Chalten. On site restaurant/bar with good dining options and good spa which was able to accommodate our request on short notice. The only reason I am giving it four start rather than five was a mix up in our assigned rooms. Despite confirming that rooms would be next to each other, we discovered on check in that they were assigned on different floors, however, they were able to sort that out. Also the room key cards are kind of hit or miss - we had to swipe them multiple times to open the rooms and one stopped working midway through our stay.

The owner of the hotel was extremely rude and disrespectful, insulting its guests and yelling. The hotel accidentally charged me twice. The wifi in our room didn’t work, the lights when we got there
