大牧場旅館(Rancho Grande Hostel)

Two bathrooms for each gender. Under the mountains for great views. My luggage didn’t get on the plane somehow but the receptionists at the hostel called many times so I got it the next day from rio to el Cheltan. Food was very good at the 24 hour restaurant and people who stay get a discount.

Muy buen hostel, con ubicación perfecta y resto abierto 24 hs. Podes comer a la hora que querés, xq la mayoria de los restos del Chalten abren al medio dia y a la noche o solamente a la noche. Atención de chicos excelente! Nos ayudaron mucho con el pronóstico para planear los recorridos. La habitación privada muy linda, calefacción buena, instalaciones nuevas y limpieza de 10. Comimos en resto y es para recomendar. Comida muy rica y platos para compartir. Tienen salón arriba exclusivo para huéspedes. Hay tres opciones para desayunar, incluidas a la rarifa, y podes elegir. Todo abundante y riquísimo. Baños y duchas del hostel que vi, muy limpios. Este lugar tiene muy buena onda! Nos quedamos muy satisfechos! Si volveremos seguro lo elegimos de nuevo

O hostel é bem localizado e o staff atencioso. Lockers grandes, porém achei a estrutura um pouco antiga e as camas desconfortáveis. Boa calefação. Os banheiros ficam fora do quarto, tinha água quente mas achei a limpeza um pouco precária. Restaurante disponível 24 horas, café da manhã não incluído.

Punto de encuentro para varias agencias de turismo, llevamos cotratado el almuerzo con el tour de dia completo al Chalten, la comida es abundante y buena, tambien es un Hostel, asi que pueden ver pasar gente que baja a almorzar o va al baño, se siente un ambiente de camaradería.

This hostel offers a great bunch of private rooms which can be considered as hotel rooms really. The hostel is a very near to the start of the two most popular hiking trails in El Chalten -Cerro Torre and Laguna de Los Tres. Front desk is always friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are included in private room price and have big portion and quite tasty. Dinner portion is huge too, and the restaurants get busy from 7pm.

El personal fue súper amable y en general el lugar es genial para los viajeros. Un poco lento el WiFi pero si tomas en cuenta que la mayor parte de la estancia uno está fuera, no afecta mucho. Lo recomiendo ampliamente

The property is conveniently located to the great hikes in the area. The staff was very helpful with recommendations for renting gear. And the restaurant had so many good options with super availability. On the negative side, the room window covers were not very dark (there was a bright light outside my window) and the door did little to quiet those walking noisily by in the hallway. Positives outweighed the negatives, though.
