聯合廣場住處旅館(Union Square Guest Quarters)

This is like a bed and breakfast. The rooms aren’t connected in a common building but are kind of spread out in different buildings around the square and the restaurant which has an old railroad car. The rooms are huge compared to what you’d get at a national chain. You get a $10 credit per person at the “Off the Rails” restaurant for breakfast and this is FAR better than the customary free hotel breakfast. My wife and I will definitely stay here again.

It’s actually a few properties on the same block so finding your room needs more coaching. Parking is in a small parking lot, or on the street, yet the location is worth it. Breakfast is excellent yet not a buffet as ads told me, and the discount at the charming rail themed restaurant onsite was very sufficient.

Everything was very clean and we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again while visiting El Dorado.

I enjoyed my stay. It was very quaint. I feel like I had a Hallmark movie moment. Would definitely stat again.

We upgraded to a bottom floor room. It was handicap accessible and cost more. The room was next to the street and was rather noisy. The is no fault of management. Did suggest room needs to be sprayed. Had a rainstorm come through while we were in the room. Heard water dripping in the window. Major leak coming from above the window. We left a towel in the window to soak up the water. We will be staying in another room in May.

Loved the unique setup of the rooms. Staff was great...helpful and courteous and friendly.

We booked through **********. Our confirmation papers did not include room number or telephone number. i had not checked the hotel info a few days later as I had run off the first response. Anyway, luckily, someone was in the office of the restaurant on the property and was able to use contact someone to get an access number to retrieve our keys. Our room was quaint, large and very clean. The railroad car restaurant was friendly and very tasty.

The room was large and had plenty of seating, which was nice. The people were great and the food at "Off the Rail" was delicious.
