The surfaces of the counter, desk top and on top of fridge and coffee pot were very obviously dusty. The breakfast was exceptionally good!

Elevator out of order. Issues with toilet, shower, dresser drawers opening on their own. Lighting needs to be softer. Just needing a facelift. But overall it was a great place to stay

Conveniently located right off the highway and out of the city. Bed was comfortable and heat/air unit wasn’t real noisy. Good food choices close by.

The elevator was broken again. They had me slated for a 3rd floor room, but I refused to accept it. It was broken the last 2 times I stayed there. I'm not hauling luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. The desk clerk found a different room for me on 1st floor. That room had a shower with lukewarm water. I guess that's better than climbing stairs?

The check in process was quick and the front desk staff friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious with lots of options. There were a few note worth issues however. The carpet was filthy to the point that you feet were black if you were barefoot. The AC unit was so loud every time it cycled on and off that it woke us up repeatedly. The bathtub plug was broke so it wouldn’t hold water. The sink facet had an annoying constant drip. The TV remote was broken so you could only watch the channel that came up when you turned it on.

The staff was amazing, Manny helped me and my family get a room late at night after we could stay at a dirty hotel.

Great hotel! Comfortable beds, friendly staff, amazing breakfast!

The staff was very friendly. But the room left much to be desired. The carpet is old and stained ,the coffeemaker did not work and the bathtub drained very, very slowly. The safe for storing valuables did not work and the small refrigerator didn't work either. Oh yeah! The icemaker in the hallway was broken,too. So lets just say we won't be staying at this hotel again.

This was the worse holiday inn I’ve ever stayed at. The toilet ran all night. The sheets were dirty, had blood stains in the bed my daughter slept in. The remote didn’t work when we got to the room. The elevator didn’t work and of course no rooms available on the first floor. And I’ve got a broken wrist so that even made it worse. The breakfast was mostly warm not hot like it should be. Was woken up at 7:40 am because they were mowing the grass. Who mows that early?
