埃爾多拉多舒適套房酒店(Comfort Inn & Suites El Dorado)

1) Upon arrival the front desk was unattended. After waiting about 5 minutes, we rung the bell. At this time, a gentleman came up and said, "you didn't need the bell, I was coming." My husband asked why he didn't say anything if he saw us standing there. 2) The hot water was lukewarm, even after allowing it to run for nearly 10 minutes, it never got hot. 3) The lamps only had 1 lightbulb. 4) The fridge freezer has buildup ice. 5) The lady serving breakfast was rude and had an attitude. There was a cup sitting by the waffle maker. The sign said "please use cup for waffle batter". Apparently, I used the wrong cup and she got very testy about it telling me, the cup I used was for the fork, which was laying by the waffle maker, not in the cup when I came downstairs, so I had no idea where it belonged. 6) There was no fruit and a limited selection of yogurt. 7) There was only 1 kleenex in the box in the bathroom. 8) The floor had not been vacuumed good because there was trash (glitter, lint, fine paper) in the carpet.

Our family stayed here overnight to rest from our interstate move. The hotel room was nice. The shower and faucet especially needs more water pressure. Breakfast was good. We checked in at 10pm and there were teenagers loitering, running, yelling at each other inside and outside the building. These teenagers have access to the hotel as they come and go as they please. Woke up the next day and saw the same teenagers loitering again. We checked out and about 1/2 hour later we stopped for gas. My husband noticed that the Uhaul Truck we had was missing a gas cap. I saw the same teenagers lurked around our Uhaul multiple times between 10pm and 10am.

It looks like a pretty nice place online, and mostly is but some pictures are a lie. Like that it has an elevator for sure and breakfast was good but toaster didn't do right. Room was pretty nice but the phone charging station wouldn't work right and had to buy new cords to use. a little noisy but not late at night. my biggest problem was at night the outside lights, lights from other buildings and cars shined too bright through the window because they didn't have blackout curtains that would move and they were just on the ends. Staff was nice

Had to change room do to air not working once in the new room refrigerator wasn't working so I had to change refrigerators out myself then water in the tub would not drain

Peaceful & clean. Staff was very friendly i would definitely be staying again

The rooms have a horrible smell. Not a nasty smell but a weird smell. I don't know if its the cleaning materials they use or what. Shower knobs were not glued on the wall. It felt like inwas about to pull out of the wall both hot and cold knobs

Nice and quiet hotel. Only complaint was housekeeping knocking on doors at 9 am when check out is 12 pm Also small 24’ tv at foot of bed. Not good

Overall good! Nice little place to stay.

NO HOT WATER TO TAKE A SHOWER BATH TOWELS, HAD HAIRS ON THEM I called the front desk numerous times they didn’t answer the phone.
