This hotel is un reachable the all phone numbers provided from trip.com customer service all not working!! And they put the address El nido it’s not in El nido it it’s far way from El nido!! I am very disappointed about this I wasted my money and it is not refundable!! The hotel also they’re not calling you to check on you! As long as u already paid they will not care anymore if u go there or not!

We had an amazing experience while staying in this resort. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The manager, sir Jake was very approachable.

Our stay was impressive since all the staff and crew are so friendly and approachable. The food is excellent with touch of dedication and willingness of the chef that meets your satisfaction, "delicious and huge serving". The place is so private, and so isolated from crowd that made you hug the atmosphere of nature. Amazing island tour offers, which bring you more paradise feeling,specially El Nido.

it is located in a rwmote area where transportation is scar. The property owner and ******* should disclosed that this property is remote and you need to drive in a rough rugged dirt road to arrive in the place. During emergency expect no one will xome at you for mrdical needs. The proeprty owner shpuld disclosed it location is remote and road is rugged and rough and dirt, wherein tropical rain would be.impossible to get outthe area or worst you will get stack up. Not a place to go for convenience.
