埃爾帕索西紅頂酒店(Red Roof Inn El Paso West)

Me habia quedado en otras ocasiones pero ahora me parece que olia mal el hotel, las habitaciones bien pero los pasillos y areas comunes falta mucho mantenimiento

El personal de recepción es grosero en ek tema de hablar español No incluye desayuno la habitación y las camas son incomodas y pequeñas pero por 1 noche esta bien, estaba limpia la habitación

El personal de recepcion de mal trato, las instalaciones se ven viejas faltas de mantenimiento. Lo peor que no hace la limpieza de las habitaciones diarias, ni aun que se le pidio al personal del mostrador, no se hizo la lipieza en dos dias que estuvimos hospedados.

Cigarette smoke March 23, in the third-floor hallway from rooms 300 + to the elevators was bad. We entered room 310 +/- 8:30 pm smoke smell was almost nil but, later that evening we could smell some smoke in the bathroom. The morning of the 24th the bathroom was extremely engulfed in cigarette smoke. I talked with the desk clerk, she them allowed us to move to room 345. That room was clean fresh smelling there was some smoke smell in the hallway thou. The evening was uneventful but, as the day before we wake to a hallway reeking of cigarette smoke. No smell in the bath as of 9:00 am. I'm not happy with this stay also, this is the worst review that I've ever given a hotel. Quick note: The staff was great and tried to assist us as much as they could.

Buen servicio y atencion rapida, no hubo problemas al hacer el check in y check out. La ubicacion es excelente y cerca de las tiendas

Todo muy bien en la habitación , pero el pasillo y elevador muy sucio, asi como las escaleras de servicio muy muy sucias

Lo que me gusto fue las instalaciones del lugar, excelente. Lo que no me gusto fue que no asearon ni cambiaron toallas, ya que nos quedamos dos noches y nos dijeron que si nos iban a cambiar las toallas y asear la habitación pero no fue así.

Hotels overbooked rooms and a room was not available but the front desk clerk she asked housekeeping to please clean one. They did clean one so I didn’t have to go elsewhere. I greatly appreciated their efforts and customer service.

Las instalaciones estaban muy sucias, el check in demasiado lento… no servía la máquina de café. En la habitación, al entrar al baño y cerrar la puerta encontré ropa interior de hombre lo que significa que no limpiaron la habitación; la cama no tenía fundas
