Una experiencia única. Un hotel , con un spa espectacular, arquitectura de gran nivel, servicio exclusivo y cercano. El hotel nos preparó una reunion familiar , acomodación genial, comida de primer nivel, espacio de celebración privado . Realmente todos los invitados salieron entusiasmados. Bonjour, Arrivée à l’hôtel à 17h30 pour y passer 3 nuits. Nous avons été reçu avec le sourire , personnels très accueillant, restaurant nickel, ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Chambre propre et très confortable, sur le spa rien à dire car vraiment génial, et pour finir les massages très agréables. Très bonne adresse que je recommande pour quelques jours de repos. Mr et Mme Costa Jean-Luc

Hotel, muy tranquilo, algo alejado de la Capital Lleida. De allí la tranquilidad. Muy buenas instalaciones. El spa es muy completo, tiene dos zonas diferenciadas, una en la que está la piscina climatizada, que por cierto, es bastante profunda, más de dos metros. Y la zona de spa propiamente dicha, con la piscina de burbujas, la sauna, el baño de vapor y demás, muy limpio y cuidado. Te dejan toallas. En la habitación tienes albornoces. El desayuno es muy completo, tanto en platos fríos como calientes. Los calientes te los preparan en el momento. El precio está de acorde con la calidad. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y espaciosas y tienen nevera con productos gratuitos. Volveremos.

Principalmente la atencion y buen trato del personal desde el primero hasta el ultimo de los trabajadores. Impresionante detalle de la Familia Prats por mi cumpleaños. Cositas que no se ven ya. Habitacion en planta baja de luxe total Jacuzzi exterior.Completisima. Habia de todo hasta wc con chorritos. Cenamos en el restaurante menu calidad precio bastante buena. Sin duda repetiremos y ya lo estamos recomendado.

Estuvimos un fin de semana, desde el momento en que cruzas la puerta de acceso con la moto, o con el coche, ya ves que el ambiente sera tranquilo y que todo estara perfecto. El chico de recepción, nos atendió fenomenal junto con su compañera. La habitación, fue algo increible, nos recibieron con un pequeño detalle, y una nota, dandonos la bienvenida. A la hora de cenar, el camarero (Marcos) nos atendió con un gusto, y una simpatía inmejorable, la comida, buenisima, todo, no hay nada a lo que le pondríamos pegas. El desayuno bastante completo. Las chicas que estavan al cuidado de la zona del buffete, siempre estaban pendientes de que no faltara ningún producto. Sin duda, repetiremos en cuanto podamos escaparnos de nuevo. L'accueil du soir n'était pas à la hauteur, la personne était affalée sur le canapé les yeux rivés sur son téléphone. L'accueil de la journée était très bien, le service à table aussi. Un manque d'indication de la salle de restaurant ainsi que de la salle de sport. La chambre était spacieuse et plutôt bien équipé, mais on sent l'âge du bâtiment et des équipements.

Wir machten hier einen Stopover. Das Hotel sieht auf den ersten Blick gut aus, die Zimmer sind gross, hell und sauber aber in die Jahre gekommen. Den Spa-Bereich haben wir nicht benützt. In Gehdistanz vom Hotel kann man kein Restaurant erreichen. So entschieden wir, im hoteleigenen Restaurant zu essen. Die Sessel im Restaurant waren abgewetzt, es gab nur ganz wenige Gäste und wir waren nicht mehr in Stimmung zum Essen. Das Nudelgericht, das wir bestellten, war jedoch hervorragend.

sehr freundlicher empfang und erläuterung der hotelanlage , grosse moderne zimmer ,seperate badezimmer -toilette ausgezeichnete küche gute präsentation der speisen, ausreichend parkplatz angenehmes hallenbad und spa anlage leider mangelt es an sauberkeit und covit desinfektion.

This is a popular local golf destination. The rooms are huge, at least the one we were in, and we had a full deck available to us. Really quite a good setup. Bathroom was awesome and huge. AC and room climate control also excellent. Combine that together and you got a winning room combination. Service was meh. There's someone at the front desk most of the time, but if you want to eat outside their meal times, you're SOL. They did accommodate us with small plates just before dinner which was nice. They haven't really kept the place up. I'm sure at one point it was just amazing and beautiful. But they've let parts of the physical plant go downhill. We were driving across country and this was a great place to stop. For that reason I would definitely recommend.

The interior of the hotel is stylish. Lots of white tiles and marble. Large open seating area in reception. Beautiful and spacious spa with 15 metre indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzis, sauna, hamming. Our room had a private sun terrace. Some upstairs rooms have balconies. Restaurant very pleasant. We enjoyed the chef's surprise menu. Parts were excellent; the meat course and dessert disappointing. Wines superb and reasonably price. There is no bar as such but the staff will serve you in the reception area or the terrace outside. The staff. By the way, are delightful and attentive. The exterior a little disappointing. Sandwiched between a noisy motorway and some agricultural land, lacking interesting views. That's the only reason I didn't award 5 stars.

Our June visit to Spain once again began with a wonderful stay at Finca Prats. The relaxation begins as soon as you enter the hotel to be greeted by friendly, efficient and polite reception staff. Rooms are large and very well equipped and extremely comfortable. The restaurant serves outstanding meals with an extensive choice of wines - including local ones. The spa area is large and a delightful area in which to unwind. For anyone travelling into Spain from the ports of Santander or Bilbao, or from the French border, this is definitely a hotel to consider. You will certainly enjoy everything that the hotel has to offer - it is a great place to stay.

What a joy to be able to return to Finca Prats after the pandemic interruption. The hotel is as wonderful as ever; the warm friendly greeting from Mr Prats and all the staff immediately make you feel at home. After seeing the spacious and well appointed rooms, what better way to prepare for the evening meal than to visit the spa with its huge indoor heated pool, sauna, steam room, 2 jacuzzi baths and a wealth of seats and day beds. Plenty of treatments are available should you want them. The food in the restaurant is just delightful with an extensive wine list to accompany the delicious food. The breakfast buffet is excellent with hot dishes freshly prepared if you choose. Thank you Mr. Prats and all your team for maintaining your high standards - it was so good to return again.

It had been many months since my woman and I had traveled for health reasons. After a long time we could escape to disconnect from the routine. We discovered the Hotel Finca Prats by chance on the internet and it was a complete success. From the first minute we were attended and pampered in an incredible way, we felt like vip clients. We want to thank Mr. Prats for the upgrade he offered us, we booked a Junior Suite and they gave us a Presindecial Suite, wonderful Suite! The restaurant is excellent, 100% recommendable, the food is delicious and the treatment of the waiters is unbeatable. The spa is very nice. They have a heated indoor pool and a solarium. The only downside is that they do not have an outdoor pool. Thanks for everything, we will repeat for sure.

Let me start with the positive - the food here is excellent and the staff ( with the exception of one very grumpy waiter) were lovely. We had a suite which was large and pleasant but this hotel is in desperate need of a face lift if it wants to continue to be considered 'luxury'. The spa and gym are disgraceful. Clearly the gym has not been cleaned in years - it is filthy and the equipment is rusted and ancient. Next to it is a children play room - but i cannot imagine any parent allowing their children to play in there - it is even dirtier than the gym. Too bad because it really makes this place feel second rate and it doesn't seem that it would be too difficult to fix.
