Love this hotel, it's clean, comfy, nice breakfast! I always choose it when traveling to Elk city! Plus I can walk to Rib Crib!

This hotel is under renovations. Totally understandable. However, several families that stayed there this weekend had an awful experience. Air conditioning wasn't working properly in 3 out of 4 rooms, 2 of the 4 rooms had the air conditioner leak, soaking the carpet and personal belongings. Someone or something had a explosive diarrhea on the floor in front of the elevator, which was brought to the front desk clerk, Cici's attention. Two hours later the smell still awful. Cici comped one family's room, and when another asked if they were getting comped CiCI threw up her hands, yelled and told the guests to leave and they weren't welcomed back because they complained about diarrhea on the floor. Overall awful experience, will not stay there again and dont recommend for baseball or softball families who are looking for a place to stay in Elk City.

I hope that my money was refunded by Expedia...it was Spring Break, i needed a pool for the three kids. At check in, I found out the pool was closed. The hotel administrator said that they wold asked to have my card refunded. I do hope the request was granted. If not, i will never schedule with ******* again. If so. It will be the number 1 to go to forcreservations.

I book it so we could go swimming and they were doing renovations on the pool but it never said that on the website. I would have book somewhere if I would have known

Stay away from this place. Tried three rooms. One had blood stained bedding. One had urine and feces on the toilet seat. One had a big water stain completer with mold on the ceiling. We left rather than move to yet another room. This hotel had homeless looking people walking the halls and lobby. We thought they might be a shelter of some type. Horrible.

Had a water leak in the ceiling of my room. When I reported it, they didn’t seem to care. Water was dripping and soaking the carpet just at the end of the bed. Heavy moisture from the wet carpet was evident in the room the whole next day. Hotel didn’t seem to care

I did not like the room. Bed was uncomfortable. I slept with my clothes on. Very disappointed for a Hampton Inn

Short overnight stay, room did not have water provided and no hairdryer? The sink was separate from the bathroom which was not convenient. Bed was comfy

zero star customer service We had a business trip in Elk city, Oklahoma. on which i had brought my family and invited my brother and his Family. upon arrival 11pm there was the front desk lady outside smoking her cigarette to which she looked discomforted upon our arrival, i mentioned that i had previously checked in over the phone and i asked for my key card, i gave her my contact info and throughout this time her tone was more of a demand as she was talking and attitude towards us was poor, i didn't let it bother me as i just wanted to unpack and get my family to the room. she upsettingly told me that she couldn't find me in the system and went and asked for my brother for his info as his last name was the only one pulling up. after his initial check in she started to gather all my info and i asked her if my previous amount was going to be returned she confusingly looked at me as if i was the issue and i had reminded her again that i had already checked in and all i needed was my key card. she upsettingly gave me back my ID, credit card gave and issued me my key card. This interaction was possibly the nastiest Customer Service i had ever Received. we went to our room stayed the night but not before reserving the next few night else where. I will never be back to Hampton inn & suites. and maybe one person coming back wont make a difference but that front desk worker is definitely a liability to this business. and i hope someone else reads this review before booking their stay here.
