Good Place to Stay, clean room. The place is far from everywhere if you do not drive.

My main satisfaction and what we loved most was Ernesto at the breakfast dining. H e was on it and very professional since the morning we got to breakfast and every morning. I t made my day have such excellent service that Ernesto provided for our stay. He is a hard worker makes you hotel shine. Thank you

The king bed was very comfortable. However, the sheets that on it were not big enough. So all night long I was struggling with keeping the sheet on the bed. We also had to request a Pedi for the pull out couch. They gave us two sheets and two pillows and no blanket.

The hotel and staff were amazing! The only down side was that the AC was broken but they provided us with a fan to help keep the room cool. It never got too hot in the building anyways so was manageable!

My second time visiting here. A nice stay again, although our room overlooked the road instead of a pretty pond and trees. Once again, they were out of regular coffee in the room (only decaf available). Good coffee was available downstairs, so this was just a minor inconvenience. I really like the rooms, and the beds are very comfortable.

The hotel was dirty and so was our room. The restaurant had expired milk on the buffet. Our sink had a pipe leaking all over the floor and it got my shoes all wet.

At check-in, I was given a key to a room that already had been checked into. My room was fine, although the shower drain was terribly slow.

Like: Location, Price, Staff Dislike: Dated, needs to be refreshed.

Trapped in the elevator several times, no housekeeping came to the room after asking during a multi week visit. Needs a lot of improvements

I want a refund there was roaches in the room. Had to switch rooms. That were less accommodating the. What I paid for.

Air conditioning was out for the entire duration of my stay (3 nights) and they never offered any kind of discount. They did however, offer to bring up a small fan. Thankfully it got down to 50 degrees at night and you could crack the windows. Also they had both doors open to the pool and their (poor) workout room so besides being 80 degrees, you were also inhaling chlorine fumes your entire workout.

Great experience from start to finish. Staff at this location from the bar staff to the check in check out were all really friendly and professional. Convenient location and I highly recommend. Room was clean and super comfy.
