The kitchen staff were not as helpful as they could have been. This morning there was not enough omelettes out and I had to go in the hallway behind the entry desk to find someone to help. And they acted like I was putting them out of their normal routine. The oatmeal was soupy the entire time we were there and bananas should have been tossed.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The kids had fun in the pool and enjoyed the breakfast. I enjoyed using the gym.

The staff was super friendly and spoke to us every time we passed through the lobby. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable.

Great for family of 6. Clean and up to date. Would definitely stay again.

Poor housekeeping. The only service that was offered was towel exchange. I asked one day if they could vacumn. The fitness center had an empty dispenser for cleaning wipes. I asked housekeeping about this and she said, we need to order them. The womens restroom in the lobby was dirty. Definitely had notbeen cleaned well in a few days. Laundry room had one working washing machine. Front desk had to go out to get quarters. No umbrellas available to borrow and coffee was out most mornings.. We would not stay here again.

My Husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Homes2suites in Elkhart, IN. The room was clean and inviting. Liked the full kitchen and the overall stay was great!!!!!!!!!

The staff is always very helpful and happy to deal with.

Loud people walking in hall day and night. Thin walls. Breakfast is spartan, coffee is watered down. When I ask to extend my stay I was offered a chance to move rooms. I moved hotels

Everything was wonderful about the staff and property except we didn’t have the correct room upon arrival. The staff told us that ******* did not tell them we needed a two queen room for 6 people. They tried to give us a king room. After much discussion they said they moved another customer out of a two queen room to accommodate us. Not sure what happened as our ******* reservation said a two queen room on my end?
