The staff are friendly accommodating & helpful if needed.Rooms are clean & bright & sized well. The location to the Gandy Dancer Theater is a plus,buffet steak house across the street & stores restaurants & downtown Elkins events all within 2-3 miles!!

Housekeeper was RUDE when I was checking in early. I’m a travel nurse and the front desk has always been friendly with letting me check in early if there is a room available. I work nightshift and understand that rooms might not be available when I get off work. I’ve never had any staff be rude to me when I ask if it’s ok. This woman (who was not checking me in and just sitting behind the counter) was very hateful and unprofessional. I was not even speaking with her and she chimed in being very hateful. I appreciate the man who checked me in, he has always been super kind and helpful. I will not stay at this hotel anymore because she made me feel like a burden for just wanting to sleep after a very hard 12 hour shift. Every other front desk staff member has always been very helpful and kind. This was just very odd putting and I hope she doesn’t treat any other travel workers as she did me.

For the amount of money being charged per night I expected a whole lot more. There for business. Breakfast room was filled with workers that didn't leave to give others a chance to eat. The same food both days. Outdated. no elevator if needed. Seems more about a profit then the customer. Not likely to ever stay again.

The first room was a little "musty", so the manager gave me another room and it was perfect. The staff was excellent.

The room was great, but this is directed at the woman behind the counter at check in. We had driven about 30 mountain miles with the check engine light on, and asked her if she knew any mechanics in the area. She gave us a name and number and the next morning we were on our way, in a little less than 2 hours! Thank you so much!!!

Mostly liked the convenience. Could use some updates. Beds were very high—I’m short!

Pros: reasonably priced, room was decent Cons: older, could use a refresh. Room could've been cleaner, not sure how often rooms are aired out, but there was a mildewy smell, an open window cleared it out.

The staff at the desk was kind, skilful, helpful with answers to our questions. I was not aware that there was not an elevator and that stairs are used.

Clean, friendly staff, after a long trip I was glad to see a clean motel and a smiling face. If I'm ever in Elkins again, ill be staying here.

Everything was great except the breakfast. Mostly starch and no protein isn't very diabetic friendly. We usually come prepared, though, so nobody was hungry; just sad to not have options at the facility.

Very nice!! I was pleasantly surprised since the price was so low!! Very nice and clean....the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!!

Staff were very friendly and kind. Elkins is a good base town if you are doing things in the area. For the most part, clean. Only complaint is the air conditioner continued to have a intense mildew smell.

The only thing we noticed were half smoked cigarettes laying in the rocks beside the cigarette can. Looked like somebody was saving them for later. Other than that we had no complaints at all.
