The housekeepers were awesome and the lady at the front desk was quite happy doing her job and I felt like she was happy being there and I am looking forward to seeing her again but I forgot her beautiful name but remembered her smile when my wife and I walked in
I’m not sure where all the positive reviews come from for this hotel or where the millions in renovation dollars went. The whole hotel has a very dated look, the elevators are old and dingy and the “renovated” rooms are already worn down with stains on carpets and walls, peeled wallpaper, cracked bathroom tile, etc. speaking of the bathroom, the tub is extremely narrow (still a tub and shower curtain post renovation) and someone put a translucent window in the bathroom door so that the entire bedroom lights up when anyone uses the toilet. Pictures speak pounder than words, so I will include some and encourage others who read this to try a different BWI hotel.
