埃倫斯堡舒適酒店

Typical Comfort Inn Stay The hotel was fine and exactly what I thought it would be, a classic case of you get what you pay for. The computer system was down so they had to take a copy of my credit card for payment. They also had a sign that advised their fire system was also down which did not affect my stay but shows that the upkeep may be lacking.

OK for the money I truly dont understand why hotels have horrible water pressure and use outdated shower heads. The heater made a loud clunking noise everytime it turned on and the mini fridge's compressor kept kicking on. Too much noise in the room. The entire building smelled of chlorine which gave us a headache. The employees were amazing but the building could use some TLC! Had breakfast at 8am and there was no coffee, little bit of eggs and some sausage links. But the waffles were great. Im glad Dutch Bros is right there.

Bare bones hotel. Micro pillows, uncomfortable bed. Highway noise. Dated and everything shows years of use and abuse. Clean-ish for what it is. Ok if you’re stopping for a night on a road trip

The bed was very comfortable. We splurged for the suite and were disappointed that the jets weren’t working in the tub, but otherwise it was a nice stay.

We were very disappointed. The place was old and run down. The bedsheets were stained. We left. The manager was very kind and understanding

Very convenient to I-90. And quiet area. Staff was really nice to my request to check in half an hour early since i reached early.

Booked our stay based on a baseball tournament that could have been in Yakima or Ellensburg-waited to find a room once it was confirmed we were scheduled in Ellensburg and choices were limited, but for the cost we paid would have expected a top rated hotel-I understand the travel industry pricing fluctuating based on demand but you can’t possibly feel your property is worth paying the $300 per night I paid. Outside of the building was filthy, Floors were filthy in the room, when we spilled water and used a white hand towel to dry the carpet it looked like chocolate milk was been cleaned up-bathroom has nice counters and dated tubs. Toilet seat has worn brown spots on the seat-just seriously if I had paid $100 per night I get it but triple that you need to understand people are going to have much higher expectations!

Clean room, clean bathroom, very nice and polite staff, breakfast was pretty good with good options and hot items like egg and sausages. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Room is old, dirty/buggy and not kept up. Front desk staff were super nice, although maids let my husband into our room when he forgot his key and never asked for ID or verified that it was actually our room. That is very scary and very unsafe.
