Ausgezeichnete Lage, direkt am Hafen und gegenüber dem Castle. Sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer, mit guter Klimaanlage.

Beleef het echte Elmina vanuit dit hotel. Alle andere resorts geven een vertekend beeld van de werkelijkheid. Eenvoudig hotel maar qua ligging uniek.

Top Lage, alles andere nur Durchschnitt. Ok. Top Lage mitten im Dorf, direkt neben Castle und Fischerhafen. Bei Nachfrage kümmerte sich das Personal. Frühstück nur Omelette und Kaffee. Insgesamt in die Jahre gekommenes Haus.

Unbeatable location looking over the castle and fishing harbour which is truly atmospheric. That more of less excuses everything else! Rooms are basic with not all plug sockets and lights working and coffee maker was missing. The restaurant was good and excellent value in the evening. Breakfast was less so and very basic. When we arrived there was nobody with working English to check us in. We had problems with access to the beach resort venue (which has a terrific pool by the beach and is free) as the hotel policy had changed from a free shuttle to a charged taxi. This caused confusion. Everything worked out right when the English speaking manager returned including sorting out our onward travel at a sensible price rather than the almost double quoted initially. We may have been a little unlucky. I stayed here in 2013 with no problems.

The pictures doesn’t show what it actually is. It’s right on top of the locals working and poverty. When we arrived the Whole hotel lights were off. Great location for an immersion of culture Great location literally Right next-door to Cape Coast Castle

Right across from the slave castle Comfortable for one night, but my room was pretty basic and the AC was a bit weak. Breakfast is basic but welcomed and free. Amazing location right across from the slave castle, and right on the waterfront / fishing boat harbour. The smell of the water is stinky, but what can you do? Cheap beer and refreshments. They should probably renovate the rooms to make them a bit more plush (I killed some tiny cockroaches) but apart from the rooms it’s a pretty good place
