Candlewood Suites 埃爾邁拉（馬頭）(Candlewood Suites Horseheads - Elmira)

As the person responsible for booking hotel rooms for all the technicians, they have never had an issue with this hotel and we will continue to use this hotel when in the area.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and nicely updated room. Good location, just a 10-15 drive to Watkins Glen. Only downside is that breakfast is not included ~ should be for the price of stay. There is a small a la carte area that offers bkfast sandwiches, yogurts, bagels etc for a reasonable charge per item.

A quick weekend getaway in one of my favorite areas (Finger Lakes Region). Stay was very comfortable and relaxing. My room was clean and comfortable. The room is starting to show signs of aging. The bathtub/shower head constantly dripped and causing water to leak out during shower which in time is going to cause damage. Overall a great stay though, would recommend.

Service was was great! Bed was clean and comfortable but everything was pretty worn and run down. They were also in the process of replacing all of the flooring during my stay. All of the furniture in all of the rooms was in the hallway when I was checking out like they could t wait for me to leave. No breakfast options.

This hotel has everything for pleasant stay, clean, safe etc. Breakfast was very good, the only suggestion I would make - to improve a menu of pastries.

Alarm went off loudly at 4:45 am. Could not figure out how to shut it off, so unplugged it. Neither of us could finish sleeping well. Secondly, the soap and shampoo were placed too high in the shower. It came out at eye level for my 6 foot frame and my partner could barely get it together at 5 foot 5.

Stayed here while visiting to attend our daughters hockey game. We brought our puppy with us. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was large and comfortable and there was a great dog area right outside the door near our room. Would stay here again for sure!

The hotel is old and needs updated. There is no pool and no continental breakfast. Small on site shop. Would be good for long stay as room had small kitchen set up. Freezer made loud noise all night.
