Not clean and my companion was bitten by something in the hotel who knows what definitely will not be back

Generally bad experience, room was old and dated, room and the hall way was smelly, no hot water in shower, and when I called staff said no maintenance available and said I have to live with with it, so next day I had to cancel my 4 nights and they charge me the next day and refund the next 2 days. said hotel policy need to give them 24 hours notice but how u know the smell and no hot water if u don't see it and I paid ******* website extra protection plan but it wasn't enough, hotel still charged me for one night and when I called ******* they offered $60 back.

Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Very small bottles of shampoo and conditioner. There is not a coffee pot in room or a free breakfast like I saw for amenities on website. Free coffee in hallway but no cups. If you stay for extended,than I assume you have to bring all your stuff for cooking. Staff was nice. Hotel is clean.

I came into the city last minute for a family emergency. the nice lady bridget that answered the phone was very helpful and booked our reservation she made sure that we could check in late due to our late travels. i will definitely stay here again

Pretty quiet and clean. Nice sized room a little bit old and some structural issues. Liked the fact that there was an elevator. The grounds seemed pretty clean and well kept. The front desk lady Allyse was pretty nice….

Good experience from beginning to end, rooms were nice and clean and the staff friendly and professional (especially the young lady that was new) at my checkout time. This is where I will be staying when in New Orleans.

Everything was top tier. Miss Bridget the receptionist was so helpful when i was checking in, i had a ton of questions and she was very patience with me! Truly appreciate you Miss Bridget! She truly has a wonderful spirit !

My husband and I were visiting New Orleans. We both have always wanted to visite and decided in October that we would come in November. There was a problem with our original hotel so we had to change to this hotel. One lady in particular was very nice to us. She said her name was Bridgette (I hope I’m spelling it right) along with helping us have the best stay possible she gave us directions and recommended places to us.

Smelled weird and had no hot water on the last day of our stay… Staff was very polite though
