倫敦沃特福德鄉村酒店(Village Hotel London Watford)

Staff were very pleasant but there were a No towels in the room and when we asked for some at reception they took 20 minutes to arrive. Worse was that I booked a twin room and they gave us a double bed. Unfortunately my mate is *** so it was bit awkward 🤦🏻

This review was based on a visit that I should of stayed in last week. Received a call today to say boiler has broken down so no hot water but we will give you 10% off the bar bill. Don't really cut it so i booked another hotel. Room transfered to another week. But based on previous stays thats my feed back. Not really the hotels thought boiler packs up.

Indeed I don't indicate that hotel to anybody. My room was so dirty. Dust in the Blinders, nobody changed the bin after the last client. The towel was on the bathroom floor. I did my check in and then I went to meet some friends, when i came back and i went to talk with the manager he told me it was too late to complain, i should check my bedroom early. He was extremely sarcastic and useless.

Yeah for such a nice hotel the friendly staff were amazing it was being felt like we were treated like being felt like we were treated like royalty we couldn't ask for a better set of staff and as for the the accommodation well Mike gorge it was just fantastic it was just fantastic 5 star 5 star better than 5 star better than some London hotels and considering it seems the area of Watford since the area of Watford we were most pleasantly surprised we would never ever have expected something so glamorous we would definitely be staying here again

Great facilities for the sporty person, also good location.

He pagado por una habitación club y no había disponibilidad a mi llegada. Me la han cambiado a una mejor al mismo coste de que lo que he pagado manchas en la moqueta de mi habitación que hacían desagradable la estancia

Arrived on Xmas eve and the hotel was over-run by dozens of some not so savory clientele. I understand that the hotel has no right to discriminate over who it allows to stay there, but there were zero measures in place to ensure there was order, i.e. some security personnel. We came back to the hotel on Xmas day evening and there was trash all over the lobby area floor and many many young children running around unsupervised and messing with the elevators so nobody else could use them. On Boxing Day evening and early hours of the 27th, we were kept awake beyond 1.00am by the sounds of both children and adults outside of the building. Awoken in the early hours of the morning by drunk unruly adults. Again, where was the security? Condition of the rooms has really deteriorated with mold and rusty shower door/other fixtures. ********** found on bathroom floor from previous guests. I’ve been staying at this hotel at least once/year since it first opened and I’m unlikely to stay there again.
