塔魯潟湖別墅 - 威爾帕圖

Prachtig!!! Meer kan ik er niet over zeggen. Dit is wat je wilt. Wij waren er helaas maar 1 nacht tijdens onze rondreis. Rustige parel in de natuur met een bubble mini pool in in het tuintje van je villa. Maar ook een mooi zwembad, zeer vriendelijk personeel en tijdens ons bezoek: een wilde olifant die scharrelde rond het zwembad.

A beautiful location in a remote area close to Wilpattu Wildlife Park. Staff are exceptionally hospitable, villas are beautiful and facilities are great. Specially considering that it is in quiet a remote part of Sri Lanka, credit goes to the management and staff for giving such a level of luxury and comfort to the guests. Manger Praneeth was so hospitable and shared his knowlege and passion for the wildlife and eco systems in the area, took us on a wildlife safari and lagoon picnic. Andrew and all the other staff also treated us so well. We really felt at home. It was a very special and exclusive experience. So great!!! We will definitely be back!

在大自然中，你找不到比這裡更好的住宿了。我們在那裡住了四晚，非常滿意。別墅寬敞明亮，裝潢精美。整個別墅群只有七棟別墅。全食宿包含的餐食品品質一流，員工的服務和熱情友善也同樣出色。飯店有一位護林員，他可以幫你規劃狩獵之旅，並全程陪同。我們去過威爾帕圖自然保護區一次，還組織了一次乘坐酒店自帶的船去紅樹林的遊船之旅。這次旅行在沙洲上結束了，我們享用了野餐，欣賞了日落。

坐落在叢林深處，宛如一顆寶藏。室內裝潢精美，別墅舒適愜意。美食與熱情好客的服務更是無與倫比。不過，下雨天沒什麼好做的，最好能有個健身房和水療中心，並提供一些室內活動。總而言之，這是一次非常棒的體驗，再次向辛勤工作的工作人員致敬，他們讓客人感到舒適愜意。

TARU VILLAS WILPATU 我們（到達後）被告知，這家酒店花了 3 年時間建成，但只開放了 7 個月 - 然而，每晚 1000 美元的費用會讓您期望更多，因此我們對此感到非常失望…… * 非常不穩定的 wifi - 我大部分時間都無法工作或與家人/朋友聯繫 * 熱水 15 分鐘後就用完了* 雖然博物學家拉維是一位非常努力且非常可愛的年輕人，但狩獵之旅卻相當平庸 - 如果您曾經參加過非洲的狩獵之旅 - 就不要來這裡了。 * 沒有健身房 * 沒有電視 * 沒有水療護理 * 甚至沒有任何棋盤遊戲或紙牌遊戲，所以當下雨的時候——天哪——即使是在所謂的“旱季”，你也無事可做——你不能曬日光浴，不能看電視，不能工作，不能做任何水療護理，所以你只能看著雨和無所事事。 * 甚至沒有瑜珈墊雖然工作人員非常棒，真的不能為你做得足夠多——馬克安東尼（酒店經理 24/7 全天候待命）和他的團隊非常棒——但當你付了這麼多錢，卻有很多事情需要大規模改進時，這會讓你感到不快食物很棒——每天都有美味的新菜單，你可以隨時漂亮！這家酒店隸屬於一家私人小型連鎖酒店，因此他們應該在開業前把所有東西都準備好。雖然酒店本身很漂亮——庭院和房間都很漂亮，但考慮到這筆錢，酒店應該做得更好。我個人認為，所有缺少的東西都應該在開業前就準備好！旅行社不應該推薦這家飯店，除非所有東西都準備好了。此外，他們把我們的帳單搞砸了，帳單上應該有一杯威士忌，結果卻多收了我們12,000多英鎊——真是無能。我會再來嗎？不會。

We were told (after we arrived) that the hotel had taken 3 years to build and had only been open for 7 months - however for $1000 per night you would expect MUCH more and hence we were very disappointed with ……… * Very Sketchy wifi - I couldn’t work or connect with family/friends much of the time * Hot water runs out after 15 minutes so you are left with shampoo in your hair unable to wash out unless you do so in cold water (I was not happy at all) * Whilst the naturist tries really very hard and he is absolutely lovely, the Safaris are quite mediocre - and if you have ever been on a safari in Africa - do not even bother here. * No Gym * No TV * No Spa treatments * Not even any board or card games available so when it rains and boy does it rain - even in the so called “dry season” you are left with NOTHING to do - you cannot sunbathe, cannot watch tv, cannot work, cannot have any spa treatments so you are left watching the rain and twiddling your thumbs. * Not even a yoga mat Whilst the staff are beyond incredible and really cannot do enough for you - Mark Anthony (Hotel Manager available 24/7) and his team are beyond wonderful - it leaves a sour taste when you have paid so much money and so many things need massive improvements The food is exceptional - a lovely new menu every day and you can eat whenever you like Rooms are beautiful (quite dark), beds very comfortable. Pillows and Linen lovely however there are no sun beds on your private patio so you HAVE to go to the pool if you want to sunbathe !! We wanted privacy but had no option but to leave the room to sunbathe. The hotel however is beautiful - both the grounds and the rooms but for that amount of money there needs to be MUCH MUCH more and personally I think that EVERYTHING that is lacking should have been in place well before opening their doors to paying guests or getting travel agents to sell !! This is an experienced brand so there really is no excuse ! Would I come back - Sadly I don’t think so !

我們剛剛在塔魯別墅維魯度過了一個美妙的週末。飯店員工熱情周到，Malika 和 Mark 的服務讓我們倍感舒適，他們非常注重細節。食物絕對令人愉悅，尤其喜歡主廚精心烹調的五道菜晚餐套餐。我們在自然學家 Ravi 的陪同下，從埃魯萬庫拉馬入口處進行了一次晨間狩獵，很幸運地看到了一些罕見的動物，例如豹子、錫蘭林鴞和棕頭鴞。房間非常豪華，空間寬敞，還有一個按摩浴缸。期待不久的將來再次入住。

我和妻子在塔魯別墅 (Taru Villas) 住了兩晚，度過了一段難忘的時光。物業經理馬克·安傑洛 (Mark Angelo) 竭盡全力，讓我們的入住體驗非同凡響。我們早上六點就從倫敦趕飛機抵達，馬克熱情地迎接了我們，也準備了小點心，確保我們能夠提前入住，好好休息。我們選擇的別墅有一個小型泳池——房間本身非常漂亮，非常寬敞！這裡的床可能是我們睡過的最舒服的床。我們很享受由飯店組織的野生動物園之旅，還騎自行車去了潟湖。泳池很漂亮。這裡的食物堪比世界上任何地方的米其林星級餐廳——絕對美味。我們選擇了全食宿套餐。我們吃的每道菜都非常美味——我們甚至向廚師索取了一些食譜，廚房工作人員也熱情地提供了。非常感謝馬克隨時準備滿足我們的任何要求。也非常感謝傑文 (Jeevan) 每天在餐廳和酒吧的照顧。我們也會想念我們領養的狗狗Muddy，它很可愛。這家飯店雖然比較新，但服務水準絕對是數一數二的。強烈推薦給任何想來這裡的人。
