The toilets looked like the dirty public toilets. We had to leave because we couldn't use the toilets. They were pathetic. We are wasting out money there and would expect good service but the standard has dropped tremendously. When visiting other ******* they have people cleaning permanently but uMfolozi ****** does not care they just want our money. Due to the poor service you are going to lose business because people come to relax but at those conditions they rather stay at home and play Hollywood on their phones
