Cozy and clean! We stayed here last year and it was our introduction to Red Roof. We were very pleased and were not disappointed with our return this year. Our room had a comfortable King bed which was very important since this was our primary need.There was also a small bathroom with a tub, and a refrigerator and microwave. I particularly liked the large TV and its placement on the wall enabled us to watch TV in bed.Decor was updated and above all the room was clean!!!!!!! We will return!

Dirty bedding air conditioner was controlled by management turned it off through the night along with the lights had to call twice, the phone cord was broken kept coming off the phone while I was speaking with the worker it was a very poor customer service checking in no one was available had to look for the a employee to check in, found her very unprofessional she said your father didn’t pay for the night so you can’t stay…didn’t even know my name as I told her I am checking in.

The worst stay ever The gentleman who checked us in Friday was the only highlight of this stay. Where do I start.. Our room was overpowered by a strong chlorine smell. The guy next to us smoked the whole night. Our cable and internet didn’t work at all.. watched tv on my phone. There were visible stains and hair on the bed spread… bring your own blanket. I happened to forget my laptop. I called the facility and they stated they couldn’t assist me as I lived 3+ hrs from this location.. corporate is useless. I was greeted by a tall middle aged woman and I alerted her I was there to pick up my laptop. She was rude from the beginning and condescending. She asked for my ID which I thought I had left behind. I informed her I had my reservation, picture of my ID, debit card all showing my name which was on the reservation. She stated I cannot help you but didn’t alert my when she called that I would need ID. I told her I wasn’t leaving without the laptop and I would call the police. She stated “ fine call them, I’m not scared of the police”. She then also told me to “act professional” and stated “well I’m not the one who forgot my laptop”. I will admit I was irritated but I remained under control. Last time I checked I payed 350 for two nights for a less than optimal stay and customer experience, and I’m the consumer and her professionalism would have been greatly appreciated. I honestly think she wanted to keep my laptop which was shady. Don’t stay here and check your room before you leave!!!

When the bed was stained when we arrived! Then she tried to keep my deposit for the bed stains. I do not think so!!! How many other deposits are being kept because housekeeping doesn’t know how to clean. Guest with a disability needed and extra pillow to have his foot elevated and it was like pulling teeth. Unreal! ********** screaming from across the parking lot. Place is a damn dump! Front office is beyond hot. Do better people!

The inside of the room was small, but very clean. They had nice beds and a good size television inside the room. My issues with this property are about safety. First off, the front door has gaps where the door hits the door jamb and you can see the outside through the spaces. There are unsavory characters all around the place. A few asked for money and one person wanted a ride to the store. The place reeked of **** and there was a lot of activity in the parking lot at night. I was traveling with my two children and I just didn’t feel safe here and won’t return when I visit my family in Western Massachusetts.

It was just average. Not terrible but not great. I could tell that everything was clean but the towels, sheets and covers had stains on them from maybe things not coming out in the wash. There was minor damage in the room. Sink was cracked.

No hot water There was no hot water. I canceled my second night. They gave me a $20 refund. Totally unsatisfactory experience, even for a very low budget hotel.

Cig burns on sheets room smelled like teen spirit shower curtain had stains literally walked in n walked out n jus drove home

Red roof disaster Floor was soaked, and the floor smelled more rancid then clean, for 191 a night it was insanely overpriced for what we walked into. The shower leaked everywhere. Do not recommend.
