Zeer goed hotel. Personeel zeer gastvrij. Alleen de schoonmaak (beddengoed en toilet) was niet goed voor zo'n klasse hotel. De badlakens waren zeer dun, geen hotelkwaliteit. Tip: verander bovenstaande en dan scoren jullie uitstekend.

Plus: nearby the central station and in the walking area, plenty of restaurants, bars. Minus: lack of cortesy of the staff, uncomfortable rooms (pillows and matress too soft), no openable windows which causes lack of fresh air (during the night it's suffocating). Last but not least poor attention and cleanliness in resetting the room, reasons why I never will choose to stay there again.

Cozy old inn from 1830? Very comfy beds, pillows. Not said in description but has 2 levels! Sitting/Tv room and full bath on entry level, stairs to upper loft bedroom also with tv. Good thing my older legs still work well, tho trips downstairs to toilet in mid-night not so good for older folks. One strange glitch: booked and prepaid via Priceline (subsidiary of *********** I believe) they say Booking was invented across the street at Twenthe U!! Yet upon checking in, they had no record of Priceline booking!! Only after I gave them phone # to call did they resolve issue! Unreal!! Once in room had to call service to a. Close strange stuck open window b. Locate hidden buttons on reading lights c. Replace broken telephone! Second day had to walk back to reception 2x !! When my keycard didn’t work!! Staff was friendly and helped immediately, but why are these issues happening? Don’t they do this each day and know to check for problems? Ok guess I have stayed in too many hotels… Still, very cozy and sweet hotel and would definitely stay again!

I've stayed here many times for work pre pandemic, have stayed at the VdV twice in the past 6 weeks, alas the in room air-conditioning control no longer adjusts the temperature to a comfortable level. The reception staff explained the temperature is now set the same in every room with no adjustment possible. It was 30'c outside and winter duvets on the beds, room temp was 23'c which meant the 9 people I was travelling with (9 rooms) had an awful 3 night stay (way too hot). A note to the hotel, I suggest you allow individual room control again otherwise you'll stat losing custom. We are due for another business trip in 5 weeks (8 rooms), but will be staying elsewhere.

就在週末的路程,我們總是預訂市中心附近的酒店。亨熱洛的武器是這樣做的完美酒店。這家酒店靠近中心,非常完美。非常寬敞的房間,上面的一切都很現代和乾淨。還有在房間裏煮咖啡和茶的可能性。寬敞舒適的牀和房間中間的漂亮的浴缸和一個漂亮的浴室。房間裏的一張漂亮的沙發也不錯,所以你可以坐下來放鬆一會兒。非常現代,您可以通過手機使用應用程序打開酒店和房間門。相鄰的餐廳非常好,舒適,食物和雞尾酒很好吃,適合每個人。早餐沒有接待室或早餐室。這對我們來說不是問題,我們和我們一起吃早餐,因爲房間裏有冰箱。您也可以步行進城,在那裏吃早餐或在超市吃早餐。再次是一個超級不錯的週末度假酒店。

Quick and helpful communication. very friendly staff. The hotel is located directly in the city center, but the rooms are very quiet.

小套房很寬敞,很舒服,我們孫子有自己的四分之一和廁所,洗個澡和沖水組合真的很不錯,房間有點暖和,但我們有風扇。主房間有蚊子/昆蟲窗,不僅客廳,也很好。游泳池正是我們需要的,愉快,溫度不錯。酒店有按摩和美容的地方。我得到了最好的頸部,肩部和背部按摩。我還做了一個美妙的臉部按摩,指甲治療和眉毛治療。所有四個強烈推薦!早餐和咖啡都不錯,沒有排隊等候。計劃不久之前再來。
