恩德培湖畔高地酒店(Imperial Heights Hotel, Entebbe)

Great hospitality, staff absolutely fantastic, friendly, helpful and always goes beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay. All the staff, from security etc. Fantastic. I will highly recommend this place.

Very good accommodation. Very green. Nice pool, very nice staff. Good kitchen also with local food. Two things could be better: The WiFi and that room service can also be paid at checkout and not directly cash.

Everything was excellent. Friendly helpful staff. The food is good, and beautiful and clean facilities all around.

It's very good environment to stay with poor management, less workers, managers hide a way from guest incase of any complain.. I interacted with some staff..they are crying of delay salary and salary deduction

To start off, the exterior of the hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing. Sadly, that is all that the hotel has going for it. The room that I was in was located in a corridor that was not lit at all. The room was not well lit either, unlike the pictures shown. Then, the A/C does not work as it should, it is stuck at 24C, with no way of changing it. Throughout the night, you could feel that the A/C just functioned as a fan instead of an actual A/C. Also, I am unsure why, but multiple blackouts occurred during my stay ＞20 (stayed for about 5 days). Oh yeah, wifi was also pretty bad, kept disconnecting for no reason. The restaurant food is either decent or overly salty. I had the cream sauce pasta (way too salty), chicken burger (also too salty), ceasar salad with chicken (actually decent), onion rings (fine), steak (fine). Breakfast was included, and if you don't go, they'll actually call your room to ask you if want breakfast. Very interesting, but can be annoying if i was still sleeping + One time, housekeeping actually went into my room despite me having hung the do not disturb sign on it. The restaurant area is, honestly, a little dirty and scary. There was a dead fly on top of the glass cup, and a live lizard near the lights (they have like, circular lights that are inside of holes). Since they leave the windows open, spiders and wasps were observed, and honestly, i just ordered room service throughout my stay. Finally, if you like to use the gym, don't. Not here. The gym is pretty much half destroyed, with barely any lighting. Honestly, you might not feel safe in the gym because of all the "openings". You'll understand what I mean by "openings" if you decide to stay here. Also, no spa or massage, unlike what was listed on other websites. Overall, I would not recommend, unless they do some serious renovations. Oh yeah, they also have a "rooftop bar", but its very sad.

Very expensive for the price that we paid: $100/night on average. The food service was terrible - took forever (2-3 hrs) for your food to come out. The room is big but NOT comfy at all. AC was not cold and I don't have hot water in my room. Plus no free airport transport. Definitely Not a Four Star hotel. May 2.5 star.

It was a lovely stay while in Entebbe. The grounds are lush & beautiful. I enjoyed some quiet time poolside. The Buffet breakfast was very good with a nice variety of different foods daily. Staff was wonderful. The rooms are very spacious & clean.
