埃普瑟姆城中心普瑞米爾酒店(Premier Inn Epsom Central)

The hotel cost twice the normal rate because it was Wimbledon fortnight but there is no way this hotel was worth the premium price. The whole hotel is very shabby and our room smelled bed. I even got locked in my bathroom due to a faulty lock set and had to be rescued by staff. That said, the staff did their very best to try and make this a good experience. They were terrific. Come on Premier Inn, you an do much better than this as evidenced by stays in other facilities.

We stayed here to visit Wimbledon, easy enough to get an Uber or Bolt taxi from this location. The hotel and restaurant are looking very tired now, the ceiling was pealing in our room, the carpets were really sticky and the restaurant was just tired overall The staff were ok when I asked for decaf at reception before heading to the room (as I know they don’t put that out) she said that there should be some in the room, as she didn’t have any. If there wasn’t any in the room then I could go to the restaurant and get some?? It worked, but wouldn’t want to spend any extra time than sleeping here Also no lift

Fantastic service from arrival to departure, room was comfortable and clean. Polite and friendly staff, thanks to Sherrie for getting us booked in and helping to find a room so we could book in early. Will stay again next time I visit family in Tamworth

Shower didn’t work, bathroom had mould on ceiling and walls, paint peeling from ceiling in bathroom. Room too hot to sleep. Manager couldn’t deal with complaint before checking out. Breakfast good but both accommodation and restaurant need maintenance.

The hotel staff were great but the hotel is in need of a refurbishment as is the associated pub where you get breakfast. The staff on the other hand could not have been more helpful and cheerful which made up for the shortcomings.

Wegen eines familiären Notfalls mussten wir auf schnellstem Weg nach England reisen. Da wir bisher in den Hotels der Premier Inn Kette immer gute Erfahrungen gesammelt hatten, buchten wir dieses Hotel. Wir wurden leider sehr enttäuscht. Diese Hotel bedarf einer dringenden Renovierung ebenso wie der angeschlossene Pub. Der Teppichboden verströmt einen unangenehmen Geruch und müsste dringend erneuert werden, ebenso die Badezimmer (wenigstens die Armaturen). Reinigung musste extra angefordert werden - das ist sicher noch ein "Überbleibsel" der Covid Regeln, aber diese sind ja seit dem 20.02.2022 nicht mehr gültig. Diese Kritik erstreckt sich nicht auf die Mitarbeiter des Hotels und des Pubs. Diese waren wie immer sehr freundlich.

La struttura di per se non è male . Silenziosa , comoda e vicina sia al centro che a luoghi dove poter camminare nella natura. La camera non è male , ampia , senza frigobar e pulita alla consegna . Quello che non va assolutamente bene è che , con la scusa del covid , non tu puliscano la camera ed il bagno quotidianamente , senza neanche darti la possibilità di farlo personalmente ( mettete un aspirapolvere etc ) . Mi sembra una cosa fuori dal mondo . Tra L ‘ altro , pur avendolo richiesto , non è stato fatto . Ci hanno solo cambiato gli asciugamani . No, così si alimentano le infezioni e non il contrario .

Usual Premier standard nice clean rooms and good to have a couple of chairs so you have a relaxing area to watch TV. Would be good if Oat milk or other plant based milks offered other than soya at breakfast now more people are plant based instead of dairy. Breakfast was very good.

Very comfortable room (and bed), with prompt check-in. Pleasant, efficient staff. Enjoyable, good value full breakfast. Good location just 10 minutes walk from the centre of Epsom (and railway station).
