Cost for night was great. The staff both shifts was amazing. Great service

They do not have daily housecleaning so every time you need a new towel or toiletry, you have to call the receptionist. The breakfast is good for no charge but weekdays hours is only until 9am which is early. The building is older and needs updating. It's located towards the back of the shopping center...you have to drive past all the shops towards the freeway.

Nice hotel but waited one hour for help when toilet clogged; had to finally go to front desk and was told they couldn’t find a plunger. No soap in bathroom. Stayed two nights - room never cleaned; bed not made; was ok using towels again.

Everything about this hotel was 5-star. The front desk staff were fantastic. Every day we received a smile and a greeting from the front desk. The breakfast buffet had great options and was well stocked; also plenty of tables to sit and relax while eating breakfast. The room was spacious and very quiet.

Front desk staff were friendly, but the computers weren't working for some reason when we arrived (at 3 pm). The breakfast was not good, overall. Ham and cheese croissants microwaved in plastic bags and offered in plastic bags, with breakfast sausages. Really poor overall compared with lots of other places I've stayed. The oatmeal station was fine, though serving the oatmeal was difficult. There was a window heater/airconditioner in the hallway that had some kind of fan problem and made a lot of noise right outside my room every 15 minutes or so. Fire alarm kept going off randomly, and the front desk said they didn't know why. Went off twice around 10:15 pm. then once at 4:45 am and at 5:15 am. Horrible. No one came to clean the room, even though I was out the entire day. Very disappointing and I would never stay in that hotel again. WiFi strength was good.

This is the 4th time staying here. We love the convenience of the location for shopping & dining! Staff is very helpful and friendly

The front desk clerk was pleasant and efficient. Room is clean and up to date. Very happy with our stay.

Overall we were happy with the property. It was conveniently located,!easily accessible, and clean.
