The service was just fine as was the room itself. Wasn't a thing wrong with my stay here and I can't wait to get out and stay here again I'm going to be a frequent face 👀

This hotel was great. The room was spotless and smelled clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable and we loved the big jetted bathtub. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

it os great that the hotel is near the water park the room was nice and comfortable the shower was littlet dirtey and not everything worked well

Liked the jetted tub in the King Suite. The free breakfast was a little disappoiting in that the sausage and egss were a little cold, as if they had just been thawed out, but not yet fully warmed up.

Nice and convenient off highway. Only disappointment was there was not a hot tub. I would not call a large bathtub with low jets a hot tub.

We decided to stay here because of the convenience of it being attached to splash lagoon. Our TVs only had two working channels, I asked the desk to fix and they sent the maintenance man up to reset them and still only one worked. We then went back down to have the other tv fixed and they said it was a problem with the network but that couldn’t be true because it wouldn’t have worked in one room and not the other. Our tub was gross. The breakfast was less than desired. The juice machine was running all over the floor and out of most juices. The sausage was so dry you couldn’t bite through the skin on it. Overall a disappointing stay.

It is showing it’s age. The staff was pleasant but couldn’t do anything about the things that went wrong like not bring the type of room I had reserved and a tv that malfunctioned.

I was allowed to book there and didn’t get informed until I arrived with my family “3year old son” and girlfriend only to be told that there will be no power due to some electrical issue with the town

Terrific hotel and very good price. Friendly staff and very comfortable beds.
