I have travel to kochi for treatment, it was good choice if you looking for hotel in the middle of city, and also clean and calm for having good sleep, regarding the food its not bad but not as 5 star hotel its normal only

Cet hôtel 5 étoiles locales est proche du métro Kadavanthra en provenance de l'aéroport de Kochi. Les chambres sont grandes, parquetées et propres. J'ai demandé une chambre au calme en étage élevé avec une vue ne donnant pas sur les rues bruyantes et le métro et ai bien été servi. Malheureusement des clients (ou des personnels de l'hôtel) bougent des meubles sur le sol pendant la nuit. Le personnel est courtois et serviable. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est copieux et complet.

I had bed bugs bites all over my legs and will NOT come back to this hotel ever again. Told the hotel reception what happened and showed them but they just nod their heads. Checked out the very next day.

Spent 3 nights here. Located in a busy traffic intersection. Hotel very clean and also rooms. Bathroom very clean and hand shower very useful. Usual toiletries. Breakfast was quite extensive both continental and south Indian. We first stayed on the 7th floor which was very good and on return stayed on the 3rd floor which was a bit noisy. All staff helpful and pleasant. We did have dinner at the Sky Lounge on 10th floor near the swimming pool twice.Food was good and ambience better.

The service was very poor not upto the mark the bartenders very really too much , seeing their attitude makes us think that we are here in their expenses , when reality it's the the opposite , we came here to relax ourself instead we get to face theor attitude , which was worse , really disappointed

Ask for chef sandeep,bar tender Vishnu(sky lounge) captain adarsh..you will be pleased like kings .love this person ❤️.they are the main here ,they will be here each of you.nice ambience nice vibe .I am sujesting to everyone. The party's days are lightly busy

Excellent location for shopping and visiting our dentist. Housekeeper (Maya/Prince) did a great job keeping our room clean & tidy (loved the towel pig with my sunglasses on). Hotel has a roof top pool, with food & drinks in the evening. Bar on first floor had delicious food (starters), which was our dinner on one night. Front of house reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

Excellent hotel really good value for money food service excellent location really good. This hotel is really excellent in everything really impressed maya in housekeeping was brilliant I honestly cannot fault this hotel too good to be true. Food is amazing but please order fresh garlic nan and fresh pooris

hotel is good location is central and well connect to metro, rooms are ok good stay for business meetings and Hotel raddison blu is 300 metre distance, staff are good . food are good but north india flavour are less, Chef Elbia is nice guy who are ready to help and try to do his beat.

Wow, loved this place shame I only stayed one night. 2 Great bars. One of which is a rooftop one. Great food both breakfast and dinner. Would definitely stay here again. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great central location. Great beds and clean rooms.

Received good service from the staff. Maya and Prince did a great job servicing our room. Hotel very clean. Plants very healthy. Swimming pool ver clean. Retro Bar was good atmosphere with good staff Front counter staff were very helpful and attentive

We were on KTM trip for two days Excellent staff even from reception to housekeeping to Restaurant. The female staff at the restaurant was excellent. Well maintained rooms. Room amenities were good. Food was excellent. The security at the entrance with the smile face. Thank you for the service,
