It was a very satisfying experience of two days stay the staff was polite n co-operative. The hotel location is also good in posh area.

Had to book a room due to an urgent change in the travel plan.From a previous stay experience, contacted the reception desk for a room.The staff members at the reception was very welcoming and friendly.A room was quickly arranged and our luggage was taken to the room by a staff member, who seems to be very pleasant,friendly and caring.we were looked after very well by Manager Amol and his excellent team.Hotel facility included roof top swimming pool, complimentary breakfast and spacious parking.The rooms were very clean ,neat and tidy.Breakfast was of very good quality and attended by caring staff members.ideal location with easy shopping, travel choices etc.will definitely return and stay if needed a place to stay in kochi next time.

Check in is at 2 pm. Check out is 11 am. Very inconvenient to guests. Request for late check out is rejected with standard phrases that the hotel is full. When i used local influence a late checkout was offered. The breakfast options are very poor and limited. Coffee and tea is kept premixed in flasks. For toast the only options are ****er and mixed fruit jam - nothing else. The live counter gave me a two egg sunny up with one egg totally plastered. The bathrooms are constructed in such a manner that the entire bathroom gets wet if you shower. One hotel which is only a one time stay is the abad atrium.

Good staff. Atrium is behind abad plaza, so taxi has to go inside. Facilities were okay, bathroom looks old and need a upgrade.

The property is located in a prime location with centre square mall just in a walkable distance. The staffs were very helpful. The service is great too. The room was very clean and well maintained. Would always recommend to anyone who’s looking for a good stay in kochi.

It great stay, good recieving, good rooms, bed, hygienic bathroom, good room services and cleaning.

Had a comfortable stay and rooms are nicely maintained. Room sevice has excellent menu and nicely served. Packed breakfast was excellent and sufficient.

Room equipment not running and only tub it's very difficult toanage in bathroom and also not safe for children

Good location, friendly staff, food also good. But only hot water available in the bathroom. In one room ac also was not working properly. That means, maintenance is not propoer and prompt.

Stayed for 2 nights. The main USP of the hotel is the location as it is surrounded by numerous shops/restaurants and situated just next to a mall. Marine Drive/Broadway is just a short auto ride away. Front-desk staff were friendly, attentive and efficient, made the check-in/check-out processes a breeze for a large group of 28. The rooms were neat, clean and comfortable. However the bathrooms were quite dated but clean. Breakfast buffet was very good. No complaints. However, the service experienced during dinner (a la carte) was not up to the mark. The restaurant staff seemed to be off the boil, required constant reminders on the orders. Nevertheless, I had a comfortable stay and would like to request to improve the service at the restaurant and refurbish the bathrooms as these would provide a complete experience to the guests.

The property is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and hospitable. The buffet spread is delicious and of high quality. The rooms are spacious, bathroom area could have been more. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Except view from room everything else is excellent. Situated in middle of market area, near kochi marine drive. Serves tasty and good variety of food which is value for money.

we stayed only for one night with my family. the experience was nice, evrything from check-in to check-out was very smooth . the food options during breakfast was limited, but the food was good so we had no problem on that . bathroom interiors are little old , but it was not an major issue . the staff was very courteous and helpful. 👍
