Good stay, enjoyed nice food. Best location of a hotel to be. Very nice beach view and easy to access.

The location right on the water is the best thing about this hotel, great views and walk to some nice restaurants. Staff were great. Thats the good bit. The hotel was built in 2003 and no maintenance/updating has been done since. So dated, peelling paint, horrible outdated bathrooms, everything worn out and scruffy. Marriot have taken over now so hopefully will spend some serious money and bring it up to date. Breakfast was just about OK , ommelettes made to order were great. We did see some rooms had been updated so maybe they have started.....we did enjoy our stay despite many cosmetic problems

Itvwas my 2nd stay at this hotel (2 nights) , first stay was August 2022. Very friendly and helpful staff, great food, spacious rooms. I did not have a shower curtain in my bathroom, alot of water spilled. I will return for sure... Regards Brigitte

Very friendly and nice staff. The hotel does have resort feeling. Mighty entrance and big lobby. Like a blend of resort and colonial feeling over it. The room was clean but in some ways could need some fresh up. The view magnificent from the balcony out towards the lagoon. The lounge was nice to sit in and relax or have a meet with colleagues. Its peaceful. The breakfast was ok, no Michelin star there. Same goes for the restaurant. The food is ok but noting that I treasure. The stars are the friendly and professional staff.

We had two rooms in our party; one person had a mediocre experience and the other room (us) had a very bad experience. There are many other hotels around and I'd suggest trying those. -Room fridge had been turned off and reeked; couldn't open it because it smelled so bad. -sheets were stained and we questioned if they were clean at all. They were disconcerting stains, if you get my drift. -The shower head was tiny but with tons of pressure, so it ended up pressure washing your skin. It physically hurt and we had to take abbreviated showers. -Large gaps in the door to the balcony meant we heard wind-through-crack sounds all night -Breakfast was ok -Check the price of the shuttle from the airport before you book it! We were shocked that it was $50 for 3 people for the 15 minute drive. We thought it was complimentary and had already tipped him $15, so we felt completely ripped off.
