This hotel worked well for our vacation trip to the various fun places the greater San Diego area has to offer. Requests for things were granted quickly, though we had to ask for one more towel every time they refreshed ours (4 towels for 5 people doesn't work well). Good, filling breakfast with lots of options, but awful coffee.

Nice weekend stay. Beds were very comfortable, room was spacious. Breakfast was very good. The weather was colder for this time in June, but the kids still had a great time in the pool and spa. Parking is easy and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Target is across the street. The "bad" didn't affect our stay: 1) No A/C in central hotel areas - or at least that's what it felt like. The hallways were always warm and humid and smelled a little funny. 2) The elevator was incredibly slow and smelled weird. You could walk up and down the stairs at least twice in the time it took for the elevator to come down 1 level. 3) the gym smelled awful. That's it. We enjoyed our stay and we would come again because none of the "bad" things were deal breakers.

Hotel was close to Stone Brewing and easy access off the freeway. Loud people in the rooms around us, and weird fuzzy things in the sheets. (Which we threw away — looked like part of mop maybe ?? ) But the bathroom was clean, and the breakfast was good.

The hotel was dated. Not much room for luggage and the bathroom was quite small. It could use an update. On the other hand, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the morning breakfast was a nice surprise.

We really liked this hotel...so convenient for what we were needing. Navigating the In n Out drive thru line was a hassle at times, especially since the first time we went there, we waited in the line, not knowing how to get to the hotel.

Our room smelled really bad. There was a dampness in the room like there had been some kind of disinfectant sprayed everywhere to cover up something that smelled like a dirt bathroom. Very disappointed considering the premium price we paid for convenience.

Convenient location; newly updated, clean and cozy room; friendly staff. The only downside is the entrance as the hotel is behind a very busy In-N-Out Burger and its long lines make the hotel entry hard to get through during busy hours. Would still recommend this hotel.

They don’t refresh the rooms and we stayed there three nights. We always had to follow up the extra towels we needed. Front desk staff was great!
