Old , rundown..been there before.. will not stay here again.. stayed there as park, stay and fly.had to wait an hour and a half for shuttle at midnight.. every time it came it was full. Ended up paying for an Uber. Call 3x to manager Herry over the next three weeks to complain, wouldn’t call back until a month later. Told him about my experience, probably about 10 of us with no ride. Wanted a refund for my Uber. Said he would look into it and I never got a refund or a call back. Terrible lack of response from a general manager
