Coastal Farmhouse style at its best. Walk into the open concept living space which expands right out the double wide patio door to the screened in private pool and outdoor kitchen. Master bathroom is a dream with double vanities, a soaking tub and a walk in shower with 3 shower heads! The second full bath also opens up to the pool. Come and work remotely in the office or bring the kids to enjoy the custom built in bunk room. Magazine worthy style but still feels like home.You are within 2 miles of the Raptor Bay Golf Course, Congo River Mini Golf, Coconut Point Mall and over 35+ restaurants. Bonita Beach is only 8.5 miles away and a trip to the airport will only take you 20 minutes.Our home is in a lovely quiet neighborhood with neighbors we really like. It is a very safe area. The large living room with entertainment center and dining room provide plenty of space to entertain in your vacation getaway. The den offers another relaxing area with comfortable sofa bed and tv for you and your guests. The large kitchen with dining area was recently remodeled with new cabinets and quartz countertop. Relax on the comfortable lanai that overlooks the 9th fairway of Grandezza's renown golf course. Sabal Palm community pool is a quick walk from the condo. The Grandezza community offers lush landscaping and plenty of amenities at the beautiful clubhouse including a resort style pool, cabana, several eating areas, fitness center, bocce and tennis. Miromar Outlets, Hertz Arena and Publix shopping center are right outside our entrance. Grandezza is close to highways, the airport, shopping and restaurants. Escape to this excellent retreat for a relaxing getaway, all that Southwest Florida has to offer is convenient in this Estero location. The property is a gorgeous, newly furnished, two bedroom and two bathroom condo in the beautiful gated community of Stoneybrook. You will enjoy the beautifully decorated coastal theming throughout the condo from the moment you enter. This condo has all the amenities you will need to enjoy your stay in a relaxing stress free environment. It is located close to grocery stores, Miromar outlets , Coconut Point and many restaurants. Within Stoneybrook, the condo is close to the community pool. Additionally, a second pool and hot tub is only a five minute walk away. The condo includes a fully loaded kitchen and accessories with everything you need including new Whirlpool stainless steel appliances . Enjoy your daily coffee in a Keurig or drip coffee maker by the convenient coffee station off of kitchen. The kitchen comes with coffee makers, toasters, blenders, pots, pans, bakeware, skillets and many other accessories to make your experience feel like you are at home. There is a variety of stemware including wine, cordial and champagne glasses to enjoy. Enjoy entertaining or just relaxing in the spacious family/great room and dining area. Great room features cathedral ceilings and gorgeous views along with designer themed accents.

Whether in town for a vacation, visiting family and friends or searching for a relaxing retreat from the stresses of life, this house was built and design with your wants and needs in mind.
LOCATION:
Located in the "Eldorado Acres" subdivision, our quiet serene neighborhood features a touch of old nostalgic Florida with a splash of a new emerging frontier. Being in a self contained, non gated community with approximately 300 homes, traffic and congestion is minimized and shielded from the surrounding developing areas.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
As you drive through the neighborhood, you will notice the streets, some paved some dirt, but all narrow so parking is limited to driveways. So as you approach our house, you will notice a large beautiful earthtone paver driveway which holds up to four cars! Garage parking for a 5th car is available inside the garage with approval of the owner.
SUNRISES AND SUNSETS:
Sunrises and sunsets are a secret pleasure that comes with this home. The house is positioned with the front overlooking the west and the back overlooking the east. Walk out the front door after dinner and capture some awesome sunsets. Sit on the back lanai with your morning cup of coffee and watch the beautiful rise to start your wonderful day ahead.
CONVENIENCE AND ENJOYMENT:
Convenience and enjoyment were top of mind when building and designing this vacation rental. The first nicety that you will notice as you approach the front door are two oversized 8' two-panel insulated fiberglass doors which open to make bringing in or out your luggage, food or beverages easy. The front door is equipped with a electronic keypad so you do not have to worry about keys during your stay. However, if for some reason a key is necessary, a lockbox is attached to the door handle with a spare key.
FIRST IMPRESSIONS:
As you walk through the front door, you will enter into a spacious living room and kitchen with an adjacent diving area featuring an open-concept interior design. Upgraded ceramic cannes tile flooring has been installed throughout the house giving it an unpolished stone natural look.
OPEN-CONCEPT LIVING
The living room contains a large leather cream sofa and a beige upolstered pullout sectional sofa bed to view the 75" Roku Smart TV. The kitchen has a center island equipped with a white granite counter top, sink, dishwasher and 4 barstools for seating under its overhang lip. Perfect for preparing a meal while hanging out with the rest of your guests as they watch TV or sitting at the table overlooking the outside pool. Adjacent and within close reach is a coffee bar assigned with a single cup Kuerig for individual cups of joe or a coffee pot for brewing for a larger group of guests. Plenty of cabinet space to house your groceries during your stay.
LANAI AND POOL:
Ready for some fun in the sun? Open up the triple sliding glass doors and enter into our 60' by 16' screened in Lania with a 24' by10' heated and lit in ground pool. Eat a meal or just relax outside in the shade at our outdoor glass table and chairs for four. Fridge on the lanai! Easy access to your favorite beverages and chilled appetizers. Your tropical cocktails are close at hand. No need to interrupt the fun or drip your way to the kitchen fridge to wet your whistle.
Relax poolside and work on your tan with one of our three lounge chairs. Or run for cover and retreat to our shaded 3 seated outdoor cushioned loveseat and coffee table. Mother nature calling...? Pop into the full bathroom within the second bed/bath suite with direct pool door access from the lanai.
Want to play a game and chat it up with friends over a drink or two, set up "cornhole" in the open lanai area. Or if you need some one-on-one time away from the pool in the sun, a table for two is waiting at the far end of the lanai just for you!
BEDROOMS AND BATHS:
When its time to rest, our house boasts 2 bedroom suites, each with queen beds and direct access to the lanai/pool.
Bedroom Suite #1, the main bedroom, is equipped with a 55" Smart TV, an attached bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and tub, dual vanity sinks, a private toilet area which are all adjacent to the washer and dryer area to conveniently launder when ready. The bedroom area also has a desk for the "digital nomad" or our guests that want to stay connected to work while vacationing. Direct access to the pool through a tinted door leading to the pool/lanai area. Loveseat included for additional friends to watch TV or read a good book. Finally, enough floor space to blow up and drop down our conveniently supplied air mattresses for an additional guests who is having so much fun they want to stay over!

LOCATION:
Located in the "Eldorado Acres" subdivision, our quiet serene neighborhood features a touch of old nostalgic Florida with a splash of a new emerging frontier. Being in a self contained, non gated community with approximately 300 homes, traffic and congestion is minimized and shielded from the surrounding developing areas.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
As you drive through the neighborhood, you will notice the streets, some paved some dirt, but all narrow so parking is limited to driveways. So as you approach our house, you will notice a large beautiful earthtone paver driveway which holds up to four cars! Garage parking for a 5th car is available inside the garage with approval of the owner.
SUNRISES AND SUNSETS:
Sunrises and sunsets are a secret pleasure that comes with this home. The house is positioned with the front overlooking the west and the back overlooking the east. Walk out the front door after dinner and capture some awesome sunsets. Sit on the back lanai with your morning cup of coffee and watch the beautiful rise to start your wonderful day ahead.
CONVENIENCE AND ENJOYMENT:
Convenience and enjoyment were top of mind when building and designing this vacation rental. The first nicety that you will notice as you approach the front door are two oversized 8' two-panel insulated fiberglass doors which open to make bringing in or out your luggage, food or beverages easy. The front door is equipped with a electronic keypad so you do not have to worry about keys during your stay. However, if for some reason a key is necessary, a lockbox is attached to the door handle with a spare key.
FIRST IMPRESSIONS:
As you walk through the front door, you will enter into a spacious living room and kitchen with an adjacent diving area featuring an open-concept interior design. Upgraded ceramic cannes tile flooring has been installed throughout the house giving it an unpolished stone natural look.
OPEN-CONCEPT LIVING
The living room contains a large leather cream sofa and a beige upolstered pullout sectional sofa bed to view the 75" Roku Smart TV. The kitchen has a center island equipped with a white granite counter top, sink, dishwasher and 4 barstools for seating under its overhang lip. Perfect for preparing a meal while hanging out with the rest of your guests as they watch TV or sitting at the table overlooking the outside pool. Adjacent and within close reach is a coffee bar assigned with a single cup Kuerig for individual cups of joe or a coffee pot for brewing for a larger group of guests. Plenty of cabinet space to house your groceries during your stay.
LANAI AND POOL:
Ready for some fun in the sun? Open up the triple sliding glass doors and enter into our 60' by 16' screened in Lania with a 24' by10' heated and lit in ground pool. Eat a meal or just relax outside in the shade at our outdoor glass table and chairs for four. Fridge on the lanai! Easy access to your favorite beverages and chilled appetizers. Your tropical cocktails are close at hand. No need to interrupt the fun or drip your way to the kitchen fridge to wet your whistle.
Relax poolside and work on your tan with one of our three lounge chairs. Or run for cover and retreat to our shaded 3 seated outdoor cushioned loveseat and coffee table. Mother nature calling...? Pop into the full bathroom within the second bed/bath suite with direct pool door access from the lanai.
Want to play a game and chat it up with friends over a drink or two, set up "cornhole" in the open lanai area. Or if you need some one-on-one time away from the pool in the sun, a table for two is waiting at the far end of the lanai just for you!
BEDROOMS AND BATHS:
When its time to rest, our house boasts 2 bedroom suites, each with queen beds and direct access to the lanai/pool.
Bedroom Suite #1, the main bedroom, is equipped with a 55" Smart TV, an attached bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and tub, dual vanity sinks, a private toilet area which are all adjacent to the washer and dryer area to conveniently launder when ready. The bedroom area also has a desk for the "digital nomad" or our guests that want to stay connected to work while vacationing. Direct access to the pool through a tinted door leading to the pool/lanai area. Loveseat included for additional friends to watch TV or read a good book. Finally, enough floor space to blow up and drop down our conveniently supplied air mattresses for an additional guests who is having so much fun they want to stay over!
