I've been here many times and have always had good service unit Fri 23rd Sept 2022. I requested for a late check out as I have done in the past many times and advised I was happy to pay the $20 per hr late fee however the gentlemen behind the desk blatantly refused even when I pointed out that this was common practice and that I had done so in the past. I pointed out that it's even advertised in the welcome booklet. It's a shame that the 'new guy' treats regulars like that.

Reception person very pleasant and apologetic that air conditioning not working. No instructions on TV and to contact anyone after hours was impossible.

The event I was travelling to was cancelled and the resort was unable to offer a raincheck. I was not asking for a refund, just a credit note. As it was, I lost $260 and won't be booking with the resort, or any other hotel unable to offer rainchecks in future. Life is just too unpredictable now and that was money I couldn't afford to lose.

The hotel is set over food restaurants the noise was too much people were drunk and yelling they had to be told to be quiet at 11pm night so people could sleep .i wasn’t the only one with this problem .rooms have no privacy.bed was rock hard.

It’s a very eccentric property designed to look like a Spanish villa. It has a great a**osphere. The rooms are very unique but very clean. The property appears like a shopping centre from the outside and inside has a galleria shopping food & bar area. The customer service was good and our reservation was fast and easy. .

The spa bath was nice to have in our room. The theme of the property was cool for our “overseas” Mediterranean trip :)
The aircon having one overall setting wasn’t ideal, but it was fine.
Would recommend
Ate at Safran Turkish which was excellent.
