What we didn't like was that the shower didn't drain properly.
The back glass door had a catch missing and did not lock.
We reported it and the receptionist matter of factly responded, yes we know about that, it's going to be repaired.
Girl on front desk was indifferent (cold) toward us made us wait at least 5 minutes whilst on the phone.
These finding may sound hostile but we are not exaggerating.
You have a wonderful hotel however, the receptionist needs more training on how to treat customers.
She was on the phone when we arrived and made us wait at least 5 minutes while she chatted on the phone. When we checked out, there was no-one at the desk a man came out of the restaurant with a coffee in his hand and asked us if we were checking out and took our keys from us.
The hotel cleaners do an immaculate job. The place was spotless.
