尤金舒適套房酒店(Comfort Suites Eugene)

We called to get the pool temp before we booked and were told pool temp is constant at 85 degrees. When we go there it was freezing. We paid for two nights and only stayed one, when we checked out a day early assistant mgr refused to let us only pay for one day. We will never be back.

When we first arrived they put us in the bottom floor where there was onky 4 rooms. Opening the curtains all i could see was a dirty wall and it didn't have up to date plugs for our phones and felt claustrophobic. I called front desk and at first they said they couldn't do anything to change us but after 30 minutes they were able to move us to 2nd floor which i appreciated it. Only problem in that room was a sewer smell coming out of bathroom sink .

Amazing service at check in. They accommodated us to a bigger available suite. At checkout Sebastian was phenomenal. We had an early checkout and we’re provided we’re amenities and to go breakfast bags. She even went above and beyond to pack us water bottles and get cheerios for my little ones. Definitely would stay there again.

Everything was very nice and very clean. There breakfast was awesome,so many choices all good food. With the early morning "YUMMY SMELLS" and the kitchen person was so very nice and helpful.. The only was for me anyway the pool water was really cold. All in All very nice place to stay.,..

When we wre trying to check in we had our resveration # which was correct but the man checking us in could not find it. We were prepaid but instead of trying to be nice and help us he was rude and acted as if we were trying to scam the hotel. Than when he found it he was suddenly nice and kind. Im 70 and my mother is 93 I think he could have behaved better with his paid customers. When we got to our room we were stressed not happy because of this man. He had been telling us we had to go eleswhere for the night. He made our stay uneasy instead of restful.

We stopped here overnight on our way up to Willamette Pass for a ski trip! This was super affordable, the rooms were huge, the pool and hot tub were so fun for our kids, the breakfast way great, and the staff was so friendly and helpful! Would absolutely stay here again!

Comfortable rooms and friendly staff however our overriding impression was one of disgust due to the unnecessary use of single use items, plastic glasses wrapped in plastic! Disposable cups, knives, forks, spoons, plates, single use toiletries. Absolutely appalled at the total disregard for our planet. Also rooms not serviced using the outdated Covid excuse. On the one occasion on a 5 night stay that our room was serviced, the trash wasn’t emptied and the surfaces and toilet were not cleaned. In fact all that was done was make the bed. No toiletries or toilet paper was replenished.

I was very happy with my stay. Room was clean enjoyed all the amenities. Only one thing i would like better is the privacy cutains to close all the way

Clean quiet hotel, super close to everything in Eugene with our the noise/ crowd of downtown. Will stay again
