Bel hôtel, idéalement situé. Bon accueil, les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est au top. Petit bémol pourtant, il faut réserver son parking car les places sont limitées et nous ne l'avions pas fait. Heureusement, il y a un parking à proximité.

Séjour d'une nuit très agréable , absolument tout le personnel est très sympathique , la chambre était très bien, le buffet du petit dej remplissait les attentes avec des bons produits de qualité, l'emplacement est au calme mais pas loin de la cathédrale , en résumé c'est une très belle adresse

I booked for three persons at 15:00 pm. We arrived at the hotel around 21:30. But they did not have a room available with another bed. It took at least half an hour before they could organize that. S'il vous plaît, évitez la chambre 203 à tout prix ! Le concierge mérite 8 étoiles sur 5. En revanche, l'accueil lors de l'arrivée n'a obtenu qu'une seule étoile. Meilleures salutations du Michelin.

Séjour dans une institution phare de Chartres avec un restaurant gastronomique qui mérite largement son étoile Michelin. Une nuit dans une très belle chambre avec une literie excellente et un spa haut de gamme avec de tres bons massages. Un immense merci pour votre accueil, la qualité de vos prestations (culinaires, confort, raffinement, spa...) et le souvenir que nous en garderons, nous reviondrons c'est sûr et certain!

Mooi historisch pand, vriendelijk personeel, verzorgde kamers, lekker diner en ontbijt. Een aanrader.

Lovely hotel in the city centre within walking distance of the cathedral. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We ate in the hotel as we were only there for one night and the food was ok but prices were a bit over the top, however we later saw the bar did a selection of meals which we would use next time.

Our stay was an overnight stopover to a rendezvous the following day. It is such a super place and we must return to stay longer and enjoy the hotel and Chartres

Lovely place so close to the centre and the Cathedral. The staff were amazing with valet parking. Room was lovely with a bath which is quite unusual in France. Lovely very cosy bar (it was cold outside) with great service This hotel was literally perfect for our one night stay and they welcome dogs
