The front desk people were great. After that, not much to say breakfast, who is the pair of minimum first room we went to had ants everywhere after we unpacked everything and went to dinner. Come back for stuff. Had to ants everywhere. Get to the second room. Had a Hector time getting in the shower to work. Very very difficult, but made it work. Would not recommend staying here.

Room was clean and tidy. The desk clerk Scoop I believe was his name he was charming,funny and extremely helpful. Went beyond making sure I had everything that I needed. As well as communicating with me the things I might find I may need during my stay. Thank you for such a delightful interaction.

I have stayed many times at this Red Lion as I have property in the area. The staff are invariably friendly and helpful. Areas that might be addressed that twice now when I take a shower before bed, the hot water is just luke warm. Secondly, the large parking lot often seems littered a bit and open to break-ins. There could also be a lamp on the table that has outlets for computers, etc.

Very young Front Desk Staff & friendly. I booked online with ******* & “Breakfast Included” was stated. On arrival, I was told “Breakfast Included”. Next mourning in the dining room, I was handed a menu with prices. I asked if this was the “included” breakfast & told ‘Yes’. I ordered an omelette & beverage. When I finished eating, I was given a bill of $15+. I showed my room key & online reservation to the day manager who as clearing tables. She said only a ‘Continental’ Breakfast” was included & reluctantly took care of my bill. I passed the front desk on the way to my room. I asked the young desk staffer if they were aware the included breakfast was only basic & not from a menu & they were not aware. The next 3 mornings I had breakfast away from the hotel. I’m very disappointed in the lack of communication on a stated hotel offering online & also at the front desk.

The rooms were clean. The shower had lots of water pressure the t. V worked well. It was warm and quiet I. Definitely recommend. However, the breakfast was slightly disappointing, I would probably still go. Elsewhere to plan for my breakfast.But the rooms were fine and the customer of service was good

Wonderful staff and clean! As usual, with everything these days, technology hampered check in, system down. Nice place tho, we are returning customers.

I am in a wheelchair and the 2 ADA rooms in this hotel are not available to stay in due to having a issue with the plumbing and a issue with the A/C & heater unit. Only reason i give 2 stars is because the staff are amazing. Hotel is clean and nice.

Wasn’t expecting much, but was overly disappointed by our short visit. Arrived late after driving for over 10 hours. Waited in line for checkin for over 30 min with 2 people in front of us. Got to our room. Nothing special, but hair in shower and on sink, floor felt dirty too. Tried to take a shower but no hot water would come on. Tried for 10 minutes then called front desk. Told to keep trying, needed to heat up on demand system. Offered to change rooms but it was 1 am, no more suites available like our room and we had people sleeping already, so switching rooms wasn’t an option. Tried again and still no hot water. Had to shower in frozen cold water. Did no receive a discount or anything. Horrible stay for an 8 hour sleep. We checked in and out in 8 hours. Will not be staying at a Red Lion Inn again.

Loved having a room not surrounded by loud humans! Makes one feel like they are in a fancy hotel not having to listen to all the other guests from inside our room.
