Whilst everything was fairly reasonable, the food was overpriced rubbish. It was more akin to the local greasy Joe's and $35 bucks for 2 small sized peices of Snapper and 2 bucks worth of Salad did not impress at all. Staff were friendly and helpful, but they prices were outrageous for the standard. Which was overcooked and very disappointing. You might get away with it from unsuspecting overseas visitors, but I'm sorry to say it was crap. I guess when you have zero competition you better cop it or never book there again. If i was an international tourist I would not think anything food related was more than mediocre at best. The room rate was fair priced, however dining was nothing short of highway robbery. I accept the distance to deliver supply's definitely added to the pricing, it fell way short of ones expectations of a resort level quality. $35 bucks for a meal that resembled Bain Marie cheap pub grub did not by any means cut the mustard. It will be one and only time we ever stay there. Feeling ripped off, does not inspire retention or return guests. Cheap 3 star venue that costs the equivalent of much more, renders this tired resort 3 stars at best. Most visitors to any of these types of places have expectations of a higher standard. Rooms have been recently renovated, nice and clean rooms.

My wife and i stayed at Eurong Resort in June 2024. Although we usually camp, Eurong or k'gari Beach Resort had it all.Close to all of the major attractions like Eli Creek, Pile Valley, Central Station, and Lake Mckenzie The resort has all of the modern amenities you would expect to find on the main land, including a huge resort pool, shop, servo, and a great bakery. The staff on site made it a pleasure to stay. The restaurant has a great selection and even better service. Bradley Cooper (no, not the actor, the english waiter) made our night, with a fantastic warmth, that is hard to find in the tourism industry. Thanks to Bradley for taking our good experience and making it a fantastic experience. We definitely recommend staying at the K'gari beach resort.

The service at the restaurant was exceptional, especially our waiter Brad. Even though all staff were wonderful, he was very friendly and happy to chat. Loved the food and drinks, would definitely come again, and highly recommend dinner at the K’gari Beach resort. Didn’t know a GF desert could be that good.

Das "Resort" - der Titel ist ein wenig arg überzogen - liegt tatsächlich als eine Art Oase auf der Ostküste der Insel, circa 40 km nördlich von der Südspitze entfernt. Es handelt sich um mehrere dreistöckige Gebäude mit grosszügigen Zimmern (viele mit Kochnische), die um ein zentrales Restaurant und einem Pool angeordnet sind. Zum Gesamtkomplex gibt es noch einen General Store (der wirklich unglaublich viel Dinge hat, die man auf der Insel so braucht), einen Bäcker und eine kleine Tankstelle (gehört zum General Store). Rezeption: sehr freundlich, sehr zügig, alles gut Restaurant: hohe Preise (logisch), sehr freundlich, limitierte Karte Zimmer: Wir hatten zwei Schlafzimmer, ein grosszügiges Badezimmer mit zwei Waschtischen, einen Wohnraum mit angeschlossenem Balkon. Alles sehr spartanisch eingerichtet aber für diese Location vollkommen ok. Anmerkungen: 1) Extremer Lärmbelästigung an einem Abend durch eine Gruppe Jugendlicher (betrunken) wurde erst spät Einhalt geboten 2) die Küchenzeile - obwohl mit Microwelle ausgestattet - war extrem dürftig bestückt (vier Gläser, drei Löffel, drei Messer...) 3) Der Preis der UNterbringung ist deftig (AUD 295 / Nacht) - was aber logischerweise der Location geschuldet ist. Alles muss über den Strand herbeigefahren werden. Wer keinen Bock auf Camping hat ist mit KGari Beach Resort gut bedient. Ein seriöses Angebot, dem Ort angemessen, mit Versorgung. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall wieder nutzen.

住了 3 晚，位於優越的中心位置，前往所有主要景點。基本設施都齊全，而且做得很好，房間乾淨，床很舒服（特大號床房），團隊成員非常友好和樂於助人。確保帶上你需要的一切，因為買任何東西都很貴，例如一個肉餅要 10 美元以上，餐廳的定價所以你很難找到低於 40 美元的一頓飯，例如主要和軟性飲料，所以養活一家人幾天會很貴，我們認為披薩是分享的選擇，但它們較小，讓每個人都可以自己點。

Ein wunderbares Zimmer mit tollem Blick aufs Meer, sehr sauberem Bad. Frühstück, Lunch und Abendessen waren gut bis sehr gut. Insbesondere das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet war klasse. Der Ritt mit dem Bus war ebenso abenteuerlich wie einzigartig. Der Fahrer war grandios und lieferte gleichzeitig noch interessante Informationen.

We loved our stay and will be definitely coming back next year. We would like to thank all the staff at the resort and look forward to seeing you guys again

Relaxing back to nature trip, sand, sea, fishing, and laid back relaxation. Loved the beach driving, eli creek, maheno, champagne pools etc. K’gari Beach resort was comfortable and clean, on-site restaurant provided good food and the staff were friendly and efficient.

Clean and tidy, friendly staff, great location, would visit again, highly recommend, staff are knowledgeable about the Island and tide times and can offer great advice on where to go. We saw lots of wildlife including whales, dolphins and dingoes, amazing place.

A wonderful resort with everything you need supplied right on 75 mile beach so easy to travel to see all the wonderful sights. With a bakery serving delicious pies and sweet treats and a beautiful pool, a lovely place to stay and relax.

Great location with all the necessities. Much easier than camping. Nicely renovated units. Ground floor unit with easy access to vehicle. Lovely front veranda with ocean & pool views. Easy & convenient access to Eurong store & bakery.

Endroit magnifique personnel super sympa et agréable. Nous avons bien dormi et bien mangé au restaurant le soir à nos frais. Par contre le repas du midi et petit déjeuner très décevant pour nous. Les chauffeurs du bus excellent
