Myself (female) and my 3 year old were traveling. We were assigned a room in the back building. This building seemed run down and unsafe. I asked if there was another option in the main building and I was told no. Fine-went to the back building. Building door was marked key card would open it but it was open for anyone. Room on second floor with no elevator option- kind of a pain for luggage. Get in the room and no air is on which I get to save energy but a 90° day needed at least a fan. Tv wouldn’t work and finally discovered the power ***** wasn’t plugged in. Only 1/4 a roll of toilet paper left (we ran out in the morning) one trashcan for the whole room. Listen, people need a trashcan in the bathroom! Bedroom need vacuuming. Cobwebs in each light fixture Then the breakfast was lackluster. Bagels, bread, waffle maker and cold watery eggs and biscuits/gravy, cereal. No water anywhere. No forks. Empty bread products by 8:15 when bfast runs until 9.

Better than nothing Toilet wasnt bolted to the floor and rocked back & forth, wouldn't flush unless the handle was held down the entire time. Blowdryer bracket on the wall but no blowdryer, shampoo dispenser in the shower but conditioner removed. Air conditioner would run approximately one hour and freeze up even when ran on lower cooling setting. You can hear conversations in the room next to you so my earplugs were nice to have. Very run down property. Breakfast was gross, I spit it out & settled with coffee which was surprisingly decent. On the plus side, bed was comfortable and sheets seemed clean. Husband said the shower pressure was good. I opted to dry shampoo & leave. Better than sleeping in the car I guess.

Average Beds were comfortable but the sheets and comforter were dirty, there was only one half roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, the clock didn’t work, remote was missing the back battery cover and the phone to call the front desk didn’t do anything. It felt pretty overpriced for the area and what we received. Luckily the bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft but overall it was pretty subpar. Check in took forever and we also had to wait to check out as well as no one was at the front desk despite it being 11am (check out time).

Door would not lock and needed to ve lifted to close it. A/C shut off completely middle of night, would not turn back on. What looked like spilled chocolate milk on bathroom floor under sink was not mopped up. Hair dryer shut off completely after 2 minutes and would not turn back on. No GFCI so that wasnt the problem (or maybe it was)

Terrible stay. This was the worst stay ever. The stairs to the building we were in had steps going up that were broken and the handrails were not safe. In our room the shower wouldn't work and sink took forever to drain. The other room our sons had the toilet didn't work. There were shingles from the roof all over the parking lot. We ask for other rooms for the second night, they said they couldn't help. So we left. The manager was never around to talk to and the desk clerks couldn't help. Couldn't even give us are money back, just said he would let the let the manager know. I believe we should get money back for both days.

The room that we were put in was a separate building from the hotel that looked like an old office building that they put hotel rooms in. It was filthy like it hadn't been cleaned in months, the carpet had fur looking dust bunnies around the edge and there looked like there was blood spattered on the ceiling. It was so gross that we didn't even spend the whole night.

Good value. Had a dead bug in the bathroom and cracked toilet seat. Sheets were clean, not sure about the cover 😞 arrived around 10pm on Friday, lobby had several others checking in. Back door was unlocked to the building. Didn’t eat breakfast.

Overall great stay for the price point. Rooms were clean with many in room amenities. Conveniently located next to a gas station and restaurant. Washer and dryers were a bonus. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again for future travels.

The room is worn, soap container fallen off wall, molding around door cracked, floor of room is dirty( I have dirty feet from walking on it). Restroom in lobby area not clean. Trash on lawn area outside room.
