After we got checked in, the manager said there would be no breakfast-it is off season. Yet the website showed breakfast was included. There was no coffee available for guests in the lobby, as has been standard in all other hotels I have stayed at. The room had no towels upon check in-they were brought later in the afternoon. The bathroom sink handle was loose and the pop-up drain lever was disconnected, so the stopper would not lift. Management's fix when told about this issue was to remove the stopper, with hair stuck on it, and place it on the counter behind the sink, instead of reattaching the drain lever. Yuck! And while the shower had excellent water pressure, the water was only lukewarm. We will not stay there again next time we visit Evansville. Not a good value for the price.

It was quiet clean and the gentlemen that were working were very nice. It is also right next to a gas station/convenience store. just a nice place and a great stay for us.

The building was musty and reeked an odd odor upon entering. No breakfast or coffee available as advertised. The shower head was black with mold. Water was only lukewarm. Overpriced to say the least.

We have stayed here before but now something was different. I don't believe the same owner have this hotel. EVERYTHING is tge bare minimum, right down to the luke warm water in the showers. We will not be returning to this one for sure!

Behind the office area was full of boxes. Some stacked 10 high. They were in the hallway and in a small room behind the office. Very messy and I thought a little suspicious.

This motel needs a complete renivation. The rooms are outdated and the beddings are old. Even the towels are course. The hole building smelt of Asian cooking. There was absolutely no breakfast of any kind and even NO COFFEE provided up front. The only coffee available was that from a ONE cup pot in the room. We were in room 117 and the heater in it was defective as it was making a loud rattling/grinding sound. It has either a bearing going out in the motor or the fan is bad. There is no question that the manager of the place would have been well aware of this problem as it was rattling when we entered the room. The only contact that the manager had with us was his phone call at exactly 11am to tell us it was checkout time? Last time we will be staying there.

Shower curtain moldy and stained, sink plug did not work. Stains on the carpet and the bed sheets did not stay on the mattress.

Language barrier was a little hard at the front desk, but not impossible. Nice place to stay.

The property was not maintained, whoever owns it sure doesn't care about the outside, which is the first thing people see.

Room key didn't work twice; once at 2am (returning from job site). Breakfast was stated on the wall ("Breakfast Monday - Friday 6am - 9am") - I have video of a completely empty lobby. Room was clean; wireless worked. In summary, it's a bed for $105 a night - seems excessive. From what I understand, he's the only hotel in town, so I guess you can charge what you want.

Many broken things that appear to have been ignored for a long time, I’ve machine down too, and breakfast was very lackluster. I will be coming back to Evansville, but staying anywhere else (even if I have to drive from further away).

The staff was friendly, but the hotel needs some TLC. The key lock mechanism on our door did not work properly and the deadbolt would not work. There was a distinct smell of food throughout the hotel.

Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was very convenient to the event we attended. Breakfast was almost nonexistent so they shouldn’t bother advertising it. We basically showered and slept there so can’t comment on anything else.

- very clean except 3 dark stains on the carpet floor in rm 109 - housekeeping was banging on my door at 920am...I was still there and getting ready - checkout is 11am - continental breakfast was mostly emptied by 930am - limited choices and no hot water for oatmeal
