1.) There is an additional 40% charge to your card as a deposit for vandalism, that can take 2-3 weeks to be credited back to your card. 2.) No one is available at the front desk, reservations, housekeeping, or maintenance. There’s no way to leave a message. We waited 25 minutes at the front desk where there’s a sign stating “We have stepped away & will return in 5-10 minutes.” 3.) Unable to leave a voicemail, because it asks for your mailbox number. I tried to put my room # in, & it wouldn’t take it. 3.) The phone says “push red button” for someone to return your call. But it directly sends your call to the last guest that also pushed the red button trying to reach someone for help. 4.) Elevator did not work, and had to use the service elevator. Very disappointed. It’s a beautiful location and building, but the staff was unavailable and not helpful.
