The front desk staff (young man, forgetting his name) and Mr. Bond (the bartender) did an excellent job of welcoming us on the property. The rooms were spacious and overlooked the gardens. We enjoyed the view and the nice rooms. One discomfort we did face was the heating in the room and opening the balcony doors definitely helped but the morning outside noise did disturb us. Usually the nature sounds would be appealing, but after long day of walking and needing to rest and sleep in on vacation was compromised a bit. Overall, we left with a memorable stay. The area around the hotel itself is blah but the location is good as we can walk to the main square within minutes. Good restaurants and cafes in the main square.

Great location inside the town wall. Quiet at night.Has parking beneath the building for an additional fee. Clean rooms, well appointed, great breakfast. Short walk to town attractions. The hotel property around the pool and interior courtyard is well maintained. In front of the hotel is a poorly maintained green area, likely the towns responsibility, with piles of rubble and occasional trash. We received a late checkout upon request. I would be happy to return.

Nous sommes arrivés il nous a été proposé une chambre qui était gelée. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas il était en marche mais froid. Je l’ai signalé à la réception. Celui-ci est arrivé 20 minutes après avec un petit radiateur portable et là j’ai exigé de changer de chambre, une seconde chambre sensiblement plus chaude, l’eau de la salle de bain n’était pas chaude non plus. Bref c’est problématique.

Lovely hotel, rooms stylish and well equipped. Common areas striking and welcoming. Pool excellent. Parking convenient and reasonably priced. Location within Evora ideal. I will choose this hotel as my 1st choice the next time I visit this wonderful city.

Wonderful family stay during very hot summer weather. Pool was a welcome respite after easy walking and touring of the city. Clean, safe and convenient for all the sites, cafes, restaurants and gelato shops!

Hotel com estrutura nas muralhas Em geral foi uma ótima estadia em um hotel com estrutura. Equipe muito simpática e atenciosa, com destaque para o Ivan. Gostaríamos que a terceira cama não tivesse sido de montar. Uma das pernas soltou, mas foi recolocada. Bom café da manhã. Hotel perfumado e limpo constantemente. O estacionamento pago é uma praticidade para os hóspedes, mas é um pouco estreito.
