There are no lift and it is a challenge if you have large luggage to handle.

Wow where do we start …. Horrendous springs to mind…. I will give my honest opinion. Booked for one night only to visit nearby on professional business. Drove on the car park and thought it was an abandoned building. Check in 3.00 pm so we were early having travelled for 4 hours and in fairness they did let us check in half an hour early. Entering our room thought they had forgotten it was end of 2023 even covid couldn’t have got in the way of how this place had been forgotten. Obviously no money had been spent on anything and the company were just taking out profit’s rather ploughing anything back. We were on the ground floor at about 1 in the morning overhead there was banging and clattering and possibly a disagreement from above. Kept us awake for 2 hours. I may be wrong but looked like they were housing asylum seekers and parents with children with no homes were put up there. I understand it was cheap accommodation but wow it went beyond the pail. The room was not even basic. We had one plastic chair and one chair that I wouldn’t even sit in The towels were so hard we didn’t even shower Please whoever owns these hotels either knock them down and rebuild or sell up and let someone who knows what they are doing have a go. We had the privilege of choosing to stay there what about the poor soles who haven’t the choice My advice don’t book a travel lodge look for alternatives there are lots around.

We had a lovely stay before travelling back home from a lovely holiday. The rooms are a bit out dated and the hotel could do with updating. But the beds was comfy and the rooms was clean. The staff was friendly especially Carl, he went out of his way to speak to my children and anything we wanted was no trouble to him, he made our stay even better

Writing on behalf of my father. This was my dad's first time staying at a travelodge. He found a but difficult to find in the dark. My dad was checked in by Night Receptionist Chris. Chris was incredibly helpful and thoughtful and informative and a credit to travelodge. Chris made sure my dad was informed of all information. The room was on the ground floor and very spacious and tidy.

Hotel is very dated and could do with a total refresh, room was clean but smells The bar and grill attached is now closed would be a great addition if re opened. Staff ok but could be better Would be a great hotel if refreshed

This room was very co.foryable and was clean neat and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were not disturbed by any noise during our stay and slept well. We enjoyed our break and if I need to would use this hotel again. I have never had a bad stay in all the Travelodge s I have used over the last few years

Travelling with my sister and needed a break in travelling to Cornwall for a family event and Travelodge M5 Exeter was perfectly located and instantly comfortable and clean. We both had family rooms and they were spacious and both rooms had baths and we were situated opposite each other. Staff were friendly and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for more.

The Hotel room was clean and served the purpose for what we needed, an overnight stop on the way to the nearby airport for an early flight. Overall this travel lodge could do with a revamp as its looking a bit tired now, having said that it was good value for money

Only a short stay as I was attending a local event, all the staff members that I had spoke to were superb in their own way, hadn't stayed overnight due to a change in plans but I would definitely recommend. A vast amount of storage and the room was exceptionally clean to which I asked the reception team to pass on to the housekeeping member who had cleaned the room
