埃克斯茅斯莊園酒店(Manor Hotel)

First time we stayed here. We were unlucky as no parking in the road outside despite being January and we arrived by 12 noon. There was parking available belonging to the hotel and cost £12 but Exmouth is very busy so it was worth it. If you ring the bell at the back of the hotel they will let you in to save walking around. We had room 18 on the second floor. There is a lift but it is tiny and I walked as I am claustrophobic. The room had a magnificent panoramic view over the sea and estuary. Had all the usual, ( drinks, biscuits, toiletries, also a safe and fan. Bathroom had a bath and shower so I was pleased as i like a bath. Needs updating yes but clean and comfortable bed. Pillows bit hard for me. The staff very lovely, polite and helpful. Breakfast was included and what a selection. Cooked breakfast was nice and tasty my only moan it was served on an ice cold plate so I had to eat it so quick as it was rapidly going cold. Otherwise it was a lovely stay. Didn't use the bar but it is very tastefully decorated. The hotel is a stones throw from the front and town so great location. Would stay again

Everything was perfect for my needs. Clean, friendly atmosphere and great location. You feel like at home there and I’ll come back for sure as soon as possible. Lovely English style, it’s like your holiday home in Devon. Really friendly staff and understanding with my kids.

Lovely long weekend spent here. Communication from the hotel was spot on from the start - confirming our booking, details on breakfast and arranging parking. It's £12 a day to use one of their designated spaces which is worth it, especially in the summer months I imagine! Staff were lovely, really friendly on arrival and throughout our stay. We had a standard sea front room, clean and tidy with all amenities provided - clean towels, toiletries, tea/coffee, biscuits etc. 10 mins max walk into town or down to beach front. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Although I did not stay at this hotel I booked family in for 1 night the hotel is very clean and bar area is great . the room staff very polite . BUT I met my family in the restaurant after they finished . To have the manager /staff come up to the table and ask if they were checking out today , to which they replied yes he then proceeded to tap his watch ! It was 10am check out . The time was just before 10am .. I did not find this very good customer service at all . And to be honest was annoyed at this having run hotels myself found it very rude

Really lovely little hotel, centrally located and very reasonable price. Rooms were nice and spotless , comfy beds and it was perfect for an overnight stay. Lots of parking nearby as well. The hat or lemon bar was amazing lovely cocktails although they are strong. The staff were just lovely they couldn't do enough for you. I loved my stay and will definitely go back.

Went for a 15th wedding anniversary meal in the restaurant and the meal was excellent, as was the service by all the staff. Our waitress was especially lovely and went out of her way to make our evening special.

Very disappointed. Had booked for 2 nights whilst on business in the area. Ended up leaving after one and found somewhere else. Downstairs bar area was nice but they need to spend dome money on the accommodation. Rooms basic, bed uncomfortable and cheap bed linen. The receptionist was friendly which is more than I can say about the "child Manager" when I complained. Will know next time to in advance elsewhere !

Great location a stone throw away from the town centre. Only thing I can say is water pressure wasn't great and could do with a little modernisation but would stay again just for the location alone...

Excellent value for money family room for 3 people [2nd bed not made on arrival,soon rectified] No problem, all enjoyed our stay room clean and spacious, as bathroom, would definitely return, Great location.
